From men, sons and grandchildren, the President recalls, they learn the main wisdoms of life, they learn to overcome difficulties, to follow the chosen path, to be useful to society and the State, to love and protect the land of their forefathers.
At the same time, he wished that all Belarusians would know and fully show the joy of paternal care and always keep the warmth of paternal love in their hearts. “May we all have enough strength and health for this, even in the most difficult circumstances,” Lukashenko added in his congratulations.
By the way, on the eve of Father’s Day, sociologists clarified that in Sineokaya there are more men than women. A survey presented by the National Statistics Committee confirms that for every thousand women there are 1,006 men between 18 and 39 years old. True, in the age category among men 40 years and older, this figure is significantly lower and amounts to only 729.
It is also known, news portals report, that last year in the republic 56,044 men got married. Of them, almost 37 thousand people entered into a first marriage and 19.1 thousand started a family again. And one more touch to the sociological portrait of the stronger sex: for the first time, Belarusian men get married at the average age of 28.8 years and start a family again at approximately 42.8 years old.
