Lera Kudryavtseva admitted that she was jealous of her husband Igor Makarov for “easy-going girls from restaurants.” On the show “The Stars Aligned,” the 53-year-old TV presenter and the 36-year-old hockey player openly talked about what irritates them about each other.
During the analysis of the relationship, Lera recalled her husband’s interactions with girls of low social responsibility. The athlete met them when he played for the SKA team in St. Petersburg. Lera lived and worked in Moscow at that time.
“At first there were mops. The hockey player plays for SKA, all these athletes go to karaoke and restaurants, and there these girls have little social responsibility. I am in Moscow and he is in St. Petersburg,” said Kudryavtseva.
Igor assured that he was also jealous of his wife. Moreover, she more than once gave him a reason for this. True, he has no complaints about Lera’s ex-boyfriend, singer Sergei Lazarev.
“At the beginning of our relationship, I was often jealous of Lera, we even quarreled. Thank God, I’m not jealous of Lazarev… It’s normal to be jealous, I still am, but sometimes I don’t say it,” the hockey player says.
In 2020, Igor ended his sports career and has since spent a lot of time at home. He says that he is annoyed by his wife’s pedantry and her desire for total order.
“You sit and drink coffee. I went somewhere for just a minute or two. You come back and there’s no cup. Everything’s already washed, he says, ‘And I thought you wouldn’t do it.’ Or I like to have the TV on in the background. You went somewhere too, you came back and everything was already off. Everything is constantly turning off everywhere,” Makarov complains.
Igor says that Lera usually has a bad temper, but then she walks away and apologizes, saying that she was wrong.
“If I’m wrong, I apologize,” the athlete emphasized.

Leroux, in turn, is enraged by her husband’s carelessness. She tries to keep the house clean and comfortable, but because of her husband, her efforts are often in vain.
“The TV is always on, so he turns it on and says, it’s not there, he doesn’t need it at all, he needs it in the background, but this background bothers me, I need silence. And I’ll turn it off. He’ll come and turn it on. The cups are always standing, I wash them. Shoes are everywhere, I collect them. Toothpaste splashes on the mirror. And besides, I’ll put all the T-shirts in the cupboards, he pulled out a T-shirt from the middle and everything fell out,” Kudryavtseva complained.
Another characteristic of Igor that Lera cannot accept is his boredom. According to her, he can complain for hours about some reason.
“Boring: Virgo can talk about one topic for days,” says Kudryavtseva.
In January, the TV presenter announced on social media: “I left my husband. Alcohol is bad.” A little later, Lera hinted that she had revealed the athlete’s painful craving for alcohol not just like that, but to help him. Kudryavtseva also clarified that Igor went to a rehabilitation center for treatment.
In May, the couple began appearing together in public again. Lera did not publicly announce that she and her husband were back together. However, Igor, in a conversation with KP, said that he and his wife were doing well again.
