According to the State Traffic Inspectorate of Yakutia, it was established that a teenager born in 2013 was riding a motorcycle without a state license plate on a rural road. Between Tsentralnaya and Budurgei streets, he ran over a dog and overturned a bicycle. As a result of the accident, the minor driver was hospitalized with a closed head injury, concussion and bruises. His two passengers, aged 14 and 16, had the same diagnosis. All three were riding without motorcycle helmets.
It turned out that the equipment was not registered in the prescribed manner. An administrative offence report was filed against the parents of the victims for transferring control to a person who has no rights.
