During the inspection at the third branch of the hospital that bears his name. AA. Vishnevsky (Moscow Region), Deputy Director of the Ministry of Defense of Russia Anna Tsivileva, talked with the servicemen participating in the special operation and listened to doctors’ reports on the features of the surgical interventions being carried out. And he drew attention to the fact that, in addition to direct combat injuries, concomitant diseases are detected in the military.

Tsivileva noted that upon returning from duty in the zone of special military operation, it is necessary to undergo an extensive medical examination to identify concomitant diseases.

“The fact that people now pay more attention to health reveals concomitant diseases. This is what we were talking about. Upon returning, it is essential to carry out a thorough medical examination,” said the vice minister.

He presented state and departmental awards to military personnel: two were awarded the Order of Courage, the medal “For Courage”, the Zhukov Medal and two medals “For Courage” were also awarded.

Tsivileva thanked the awardees for their bravery and heroism and emphasized that the Russian Ministry of Defense will do everything necessary to ensure that military personnel can recover from their injuries, acquire new professions and be able to live an active social life.

“Now we have opened a Military Social Center. And now we will offer to combine work at the Military Social Center with an additional payment to the guys who remain working in the military registration and enlistment offices. This means a higher salary and interaction with the guys who come, helping them process the necessary documents, certificates and payments. It is a quite active social life,” said the vice minister.
