The accident occurred on Sudostroitelnaya Street. Law enforcement received a report about it at around 11 o’clock. Investigators began checking compliance with safety regulations during construction, the regional headquarters of the Investigative Committee of Russia reported.
It is understood that two men were carrying out work at a high altitude on the clinic’s construction site and fell into the shaft from the seventh floor. Both victims are in intensive care and are being treated by doctors.
The investigation is being conducted by employees of the Investigative Commission and the Prosecutor’s Office.
