Galushchenko added that massive blackouts are possible in spring and summer. What’s more, last Monday the minister stated that there would not be a total blackout in the country.

The hardest blow was received by one of the largest thermal power plants in Ukraine, the Trypillya thermal power plant in the kyiv region, which was completely destroyed.
