The Ministry of Education and Science noted that the ability to submit an application electronically will allow universities and scientific organizations in new regions to establish a fast and convenient connection with the Ministry and more successfully integrate into Russia’s unique scientific and educational space. It will also help reduce the time to make decisions on documents from remote regions.
The first documents through the State Services portal have already been submitted to the ministry for consideration.
When submitting a request, required fields and the ability to attach documents are provided. Applicants from a university or scientific organization still have the opportunity to apply in the traditional way.
