Alexey Blinovsky, the husband of the once richest blogger in Russia, Elena Blinovskaya, has been put on the wanted list. The corresponding card appeared in the public database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs: “Wanted under an article of the Criminal Code. Russian. Born in 1983. Native of Neustrelitz, Germany.” (Blinovsky’s father was a military man, he served in the group of Soviet forces on the territory of the GDR – Author).
Information has emerged that a criminal case has allegedly been opened against Alexey Blinovsky under the article “Tax impact” because he allegedly had new debts to the Federal Tax Service. The Investigative Committee, where the investigation into the Blinovsky case is being conducted, denies this information. According to investigators, the man is still his wife’s accomplice in tax evasion (918 million rubles) and money laundering.
– There is reason to believe that Alexey Blinovsky is deliberately trying to delay the process of familiarization with the case materials and does not appear before the investigator at the appointed time. That is why he was included in the wanted list, – a law enforcement source told KP.RU.
Let us recall that, according to the procedure established by law, only after the accused become acquainted with the case materials (and dozens of volumes about the Blinovskys have already been collected), the prosecution will study them. From there the case will go to court.
At the same time, Elena Blinovskaya’s lawyer Natalia Salnikova told KP.RU that Alexey is now in the Northern Military District. Earlier it was reported that the man signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense.
“There are no new tax debts,” said Natalia Salnikova. – They have not yet told us anything about the debts or about Alexei’s inclusion on the list of wanted people. We don’t understand what is happening.
