Anatoly Rudenko, who could face up to three years in prison for drug possession, immediately turned to a lawyer. In addition to the prison sentence of up to three years, the sanctions also contain alternative types of punishment, namely a fine of up to 40 thousand rubles and correctional labor. Punishment depends on the circumstances worthy of attention: personal characteristics, admission of guilt. In this situation, you can count not only on a suspended sentence, but also on a fine. But the fine is criminal and requires a criminal record,” explained Elena Senina.
By the way, according to some reports, a criminal case has already been opened against Rudenko.
