At the same time, only individual entrepreneurs show positive dynamics, which increased by 43.6% in 3 years. During the same period, there were 7.2% fewer private educational companies and 3.2% fewer budget educational organizations, according to analysts.
It is noteworthy that the majority of private and budgetary educational organizations and individual entrepreneurs work in the direction of “Additional education for children and adults,” the study notes. The number of organizations and entrepreneurs in this segment is increasing year by year, and in three years the growth was 37.4%. As of September 2024, it employs 85,395 organizations and individual entrepreneurs. In second place in number is “School education”, where there are 40,836 organizations and individual entrepreneurs, while in three years their number has decreased by 1.5%. In third place in number is “Preschool education”, where 35,004 participants work. In three years, this direction decreased by 6.7%.
Active growth is observed in the direction of “Additional vocational education”, where the number of organizations and individual entrepreneurs has increased by 33% in three years. On the contrary, the number of driving schools is noticeably decreasing. In three years, their number decreased by 10.4%. The direction of “Higher vocational education” also decreased by 8.2% and the direction of “Pre-school education” by 6.7%, the analysts summarize.

In three years, the number of individual entrepreneurs increased by 55%: from 41,057 in 2021 to 63,644 in 2024.
