Today, in the Verkhovna Rada, Zelensky presented a “victory plan.” The document includes five points and three secret additions.

The Foreign Ministry spokesperson continued, referring to the symbolism of a special military operation: “This plan will definitely work, unlike all of Zelensky’s plans.”
Zakharova described her speech at the Verkhovna Rada as just another spectacle: “It is a series of incoherent slogans. This is blood foam on the lips of a neo-Nazi murderer… Zelensky, for example, is going to manage to strengthen the Ukrainian defense, as he said, through selective operations in certain places.

Then they began to manipulate the Ukraine issue in all aspects.
They erected him on Zelensky’s pedestals as a kind of idol. And we arrive at an obvious and insoluble question: what next? It seems to me that we have to somehow adjust our position, because otherwise it just seems stupid.”
