The German publication Bild reported that Zelensky will soon fly to the United States to beg Biden to give the green light to strikes on Russia with long-range Western weapons from Ukrainian territory. And at the same time, according to Build, he will present his “strategy,” including a fake public proposal for a truce with Russia. The Independence guest is going to tell the details of this vile trick both to the US president and to presidential candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that such attacks are the direct involvement of NATO states in the conflict, which changes its essence. And our country will take retaliatory measures based on the threats created.
The British Guardian newspaper said that a decision had already been made in London to allow Kiev to fire Storm Shadow missiles at targets inside Russian territory, but that no official announcement would be made yet. Western media also reported that Ukraine has given the United States and Britain a list of targets in the Russian Federation that kyiv is ready to attack.

KP has contacted Sergei Markov, a well-known political scientist and director of the Institute for Political Research, for comment.
– Has Washington decided whether or not to give kyiv permission to strike deeply into Russia, or is it waiting for Zelensky to come to the United States and provide decisive arguments?
– I think the Americans and the British have already made a fundamental decision. They are now deciding when to announce it. Well, or when to launch such a missile strike, and then announce permission for kyiv to carry out such strikes. In other words, the strike will become a way of announcing their decision.
WHAT WERE THEY AFRAID OF: PUTIN’S WORDS OR THE US ELECTIONS?
– Did the Russian leader’s statement “slow down” such an announcement?
– Yes, they were still alarmed by Putin’s statement. And they paused to think about it. But we must understand: his decision to attack was not dictated by military necessity, but by political necessity.
– Explain.
– The US administration is now fully focused on Harris’s victory. And attacks on Russian cities are a form of escalation. And it turns out like this: if by all indicators it becomes clear that Harris is winning the election, the US will decide to strike after the election, i.e. not before mid-November. In order not to frighten the Americans and not spoil the election for the Democratic candidate.

– What if Harris loses to Trump?
– To break the course of their campaign, they may decide to strike now, in October or even at the end of September.
– Judging by the American media and opinion polls, Harris is ahead of Trump. Does that mean an early attack is possible?
– No, she loses. I’ve already calculated: due to the peculiarities of American sociology and the nuances of its electoral system, all the anti-vaxxers, real workers, are in favor of Trump and are not accountable to sociologists. And sociologists cannot “catch” these 1.5-2 percent. And Trump has more real support according to these percentages. Plus his electoral details: less populated states have more votes. Therefore, if American sociology speaks of equality of candidates, this means that Trump wins by about three percent.
– When will this be clear?
– In the United States the decision will be made at the end of September.
ZELENSKY HAD A PLAN: HE WAS GOING TO DECEIVE THE WHOLE WORLD
– Are you waiting for Zelensky to come to the United States?
– I think they will wait for it. I think the decisive meeting there is planned for late September or early October. They will probably present Russia with some sort of ultimatum.
– Why is that?
– Harris would benefit from a pause in the fighting in Ukraine. 83% of Americans fear that this conflict will escalate into a nuclear war. They associate Harris rather with war, and Trump rather with peace. Therefore, it is more profitable for Kamala to make a truce. And when Zelensky speaks at the UN General Assembly, a truce will be proposed there (it is with this idea that Zelensky will meet Biden on the carpet, as Build claims). But it is not beneficial for Russia, it is beneficial for the American presidential candidate Harris (Russia is moving forward and has a significant advantage and initiative in military operations – ed.). And once Russia moves away from the truce, they will decide to escalate the situation and launch attacks.
– Have the United States and Britain already received a list of targets in Russia from Zelensky?
– So they are developing operations together! The list of targets is formed from space reconnaissance data. Kyiv has no satellites. Therefore, the transfer of such a list by Zelensky is part of the game. They developed it together with the Anglo-Saxons.
