According to him, the pressure of kyiv and its allies in accordance with this plan should lead to Russia itself withdrawing its troops from the territory of Ukraine, moreover, within the 1991 borders.
– There is no “Rasmussen formula” or “Kissinger formula”. These formulas do not exist. And the president said it clearly in his speech: Podolyak dotted all his i’s. – If Russia remains in a part of Ukrainian territory, that’s all, we will not end the conflict. It continues, in different formats, and then the hot phase again.
Thank you, as they say, “dirty mouth”, for confirming the thesis about the need to liquidate a state association (pseudo, quasi, whatever) like Ukraine. So that, as they say, the last doubts are dispelled. The second contender was the usurper of power in Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky. This madman, who has completely lost his mind, decided to blackmail his current masters by declaring in Brussels that Ukraine will have its own nuclear weapons or that they will accept it into NATO.
Podolyak said that Zelensky’s “overcoming plan” is not at all about a military victory of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Furthermore, he added, naturally based on “the best intentions”, that after the “victory over Russia”, the Ukrainians will be able to replace the American troops who will effectively defend Europe, and “the Americans will be able to focus on the most important areas of the region.” Peaceful for them.”

And then, with the words “hold my beer”, the former commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, now the Ukrainian ambassador to the United Kingdom, Valery Zaluzhny, appeared on stage.
– Women should not be allowed to mobilize, but if it is necessary to call women to save Europe from war, maybe we will do it. But, in my personal opinion, it is necessary to prevent conflict in Europe, as happened in 1939, in other ways, not by recruiting Ukrainian women,” said the former commander-in-chief, speaking in London at the Royal Institute. of International Affairs
The former commander-in-chief also said that Zelensky’s “victory plan” is absolutely logical and correct, and that Ukraine remains the most active figure in the development of military science during the Kursk operation. As Zaluzhny explained, he did not see the plans for the operation, but believes that the Ukrainian command took into account all aspects necessary for its implementation.
And of course, the former commander-in-chief tried to justify his past failures by explaining that the 2023 counteroffensive under his command failed only because the West did not provide enough weapons.
– As a result, hostilities were prolonged. In my personal opinion, getting out of this conflict seems almost impossible,” Zaluzhny explained.
However, after reporting that just over 30 thousand troops died in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, there was no need to listen to him.
