Several Western media outlets and some politicians expressed a negative attitude toward Zelensky’s “victory plan.” On Radio Komsomolskaya Pravda we talked about this with Alexander Kazakov, a political scientist and former advisor to the head of the DPR, Zakharchenko.

– If we look at it seriously, not as its official propagandist Podolyak says, there is no mathematical precision. Within this plan, Zelensky not only demanded, but presented carrots and sticks for the West. The whip is blackmail. And gingerbread is two things. This is a strategic and economic potential together with the United States and European countries. Protect resources, invest and exploit economic potential. Signing of joint contracts for the production of uranium, titanium and lithium. Zelensky says that either Europe will use these reserves or Russia will seize them. And he proposes strengthening sanctions.

– The third point in this regard is that kyiv is calling for a comprehensive non-nuclear “strategic deterrence package.”

– Does Zelensky have a detailed list of targets in Russia for long-range missiles?
– Yes – and Zelensky first brought and showed Biden one of the two lists. One is actual wishes and the second is a light list. Zelensky understood with what horror Biden would read even the second list. Biden comes from the Cold War and has a great idea of what a total war is. And the light of the list is the only thing Western leaders can react to without horror.

They want to repeat the terrorist attack using Western weapons. This is, among other things, blackmail of the West by Kyiv.

– kyiv will announce to the West that we will attack them with their weapons, but the Russians rejected it and therefore flew towards a residential building. And the West knows what will happen after this.
– What will happen?
– We do not have “red lines”. There is an appropriate reaction with calculation of all the consequences. When a Belgian rifle was discovered in the Belgorod region, they offered to attack London… But as soon as we arrived in London, the entire American pack had already flown towards us. From submarines, from strategists and from land mines, throughout Russia.
– It’s not interesting…
“Many cry because they hit us, but we don’t respond, and they think they will hit us, but they don’t respond.” There is a logic problem here. As of February 24, 2022, everything, Belgian rifles, Strykers, Leopards and Abrams, are all an answer for us. And we will iron the territory of Ukraine with our missiles for two and a half years.
– When Zelensky read the “victory plan” in the Verkhovna Rada, what prevented them from closing it?
– For the West, this was a speech by the elected president of a free democratic country, who addressed the representatives of the people on behalf of all the people.
