One of the most beloved characters in the Evangelion fan community is undoubtedly Asuka Langley, the chosen girl in charge of commanding Unit 02. The reasons are quite simple: she has one of the most sadistic personalities we’ve ever seen in any anime (and it is well known that otaku love to suffer) and has one of the best designs by Yoshiyuki Sadamoto. For this reason, we liked the following cosplay, which we believe is a tribute to the heroine Hideaki Anno.
Looking at the work done by Adami Langley, we can’t help but praise her great interpretation of Asuka, and it’s not that the cosplayer bears a huge resemblance to Hideaki Anno’s character, but what she did for him. just spectacular.
So we can see that the artist is wearing a typical Japanese school uniform, which may seem simple at first glance, but is actually quite an interesting detail for those of us who have been following the series since the beginning.
In the next image from Adami Langley’s set, we again see our beloved Squad 02 pilot, although this time he offers us a completely different profile: he looks into the camera with a certain provocation, as if Asuka is about to meet someone who made her feel yourself uncomfortable. or as if the pilot heard something that she did not like at all. Maybe poor Shinji had something to say about our dear Asuka’s appearance?
