The Telegram channels wrote that the actress went to the doctors because of abdominal pain so strong that it was impossible for her to hold out until the end of the season and then go for an examination. It was as if the doctors discovered that she had a systemic inflammatory process, gastritis and colitis.

Do I have the right to swim in the community pool if I own a parking space?

Do I have the right to swim in the community pool if I own a parking space?

The second heat wave of this summer 2023 has already left temperatures above 40 degrees in many parts of Spain. On days like this, the community pool is essential to alleviate the heat, but do I have the right to use the pool in the urbanization where I own a parking space?

The hottest period of the year in Spain is approaching: the heatwave. It usually takes place from July 15 to August 15 and bathing in the urbanization’s community pool or making use of the common areas to cool off can generate controversy among the neighbors if we do not take our rights into account. But what does the Law say?

Do I have the right to use the community pool if I own a parking space?

The Supreme Court already endorsed in a sentence from a year ago that a community of owners prohibits the use of the community pool to the owners of parking spaces that do not reside in a house in the building. The resolution considers valid the agreement of a community of owners of Santa Ponça, a town located in the municipality of Calviá on the island of Majorca, which prohibits the use of the swimming pool and barbecue for garage owners who do not have a home in thecomplex.

The sentence is based on the consideration that a swimming pool, by its very nature, is at the service of the owners who have their residence in the building and that the owners of the garages are owners of the same, “but not for that reason they are residents, but users of a parking space”.

The Chamber upholds the appeal filed by the community of owners against a judgment of the Provincial Court of Palma de Mallorca that establishes the one issued by a court of First Instance of the same city. These sentences gave the right to an owner of several parking spaces, without housing in the building, and annulled the community agreement that prohibited the use of the pool and barbecue (sports area).

The community explained that the contested agreement, adopted by the majority, started from a petition for the indiscriminate use of these areas by a group of adolescents, about 15 people, who had made abusive use of the pool and that, after some inquiries, it was learned that they were all guests of a garage owner.

add that in accordance with article 394 of the Civil Code, each participant may use common things, provided that they dispose of them according to their destination, which must be complemented in accordance with article 396, when it determines that the different floors and premises of a building The building will have an inherent right of co-ownership over the other elements of the building necessary for its proper use and enjoyment.

The swimming pool as a common element -clarifies Salano- has as a natural destination to serve as enjoyment for the owners of the car parks, which will acquire them to park a vehicle and not for the recreational characteristics of the building. He stresses that “the use of the pool is foreign, therefore, to the very nature and purpose of acquiring a garage.”

Do I have to pay the pool spillage if I only own a garage space?

It emphasizes that the contested agreement does not constitute a restriction of the rights of the owners of the garages but a mere reproduction of what could already be deduced from the constitutive acts of the community. However, the supreme court adds that the owners of the parking spaces will be exempt from the expenses generated by those areas. The sentence is based on the consideration that a swimming pool, by its very nature, is at the service of the owners who have their residence in the building.

The court upholds the appeal filed by the community of owners of the La Flor del Golf 1 building in Santa Ponça against a judgment of the Provincial Court of Palma de Mallorca, which constituted the one handed down by a Court of this city. These rulings had upheld an owner of several parking spaces without a home in the building and annulled the community agreement that prohibited him from using the swimming pool and barbecue in the sports area.

Djokovic hit 11 aces, never double-faulted and converted two break points from nine.

Djokovic reached the Wimbledon final for the fifth time in a row! He won the previous four

On Friday, July 14, the men’s singles semifinal matches were held at the Wimbledon tournament. In the first match of the day, the Italian tennis player Yannick Sinner, seeded under the eighth number, faced the 23-time Grand Slam champion Novak Djokovic (2).

Sinner, 21, reached the semifinals of a major for the first time in his career. And not only because of her ability, which she certainly has, but also because her grid turned out to be quite simple. Seeded players who finished on the same side of the grid as the Italian were knocked out of the competition in unison, and in the previous five matches, Yannick never played a player who had draw privileges. In the quarterfinals he got Roman Safiullin, who was defeated in four games.

Djokovic, who turned 36 in May, had a bit more difficult time. But that’s why he and Djokovic, to overcome the difficulties. Thus, in the third round, the Serb faced three-time TBSH champion Stan Wawrinka in three sets, in the fourth round in a difficult duel, which lasted for two days, he broke the resistance of the Pole Hubert Hurkach (17 ), who had not lost a set before, and won in the quarterfinals a decisive victory over Andrei Rublev (7) – 4: 6, 6: 1, 6: 4, 6: 3.

For Sinner, this semifinal, as already mentioned, was the debut in TBSH, and for Djokovic, it’s scary to say, up to 46th place. Thus, it becomes clear who was considered the favorite of the new meeting of the players. Especially if you take into account that in the two previous clashes, the Serb turned out to be stronger. And if Novak’s victory at the Monte Carlo Masters two years ago turned out to be pretty ordinary (6:4, 6:2), last year’s Wimbledon quarterfinals presented some real drama. Then Djokovic rallied from 0:2 in sets: 5:7, 2:6, 6:3, 6:2, 6:2!

Before the current semifinal, Djokovic highlighted the opponent’s strengths. “He plays at a very high level. He loves to play on the grass. He likes to play on fast surfaces because he likes to play aggressively and be in control. He hits the ball hard both to the right and to the left, trying to be the one to set the course of the game from the start. I know his style of play well. He is very young, so I hope he improves. Without a doubt, I got better from him, ”he said at a press conference after reaching the quarterfinals.

Sinner, on the other hand, opined that he and Djokovic have improved since last year’s quarterfinals. “I’m going to rewatch last year’s quarterfinals knowing it’s going to be a completely different game because I’m different. But I feel like it has improved. He plays excellently, so it will be a very difficult tactical matchup. Let’s see how the situation develops: we will play with the roof closed, there will be rain, sun, wind and so on”, Sportkeeda quotes him.

Yannick also spoke about the preparation for the match. “I am very lucky because I sleep a lot. If I don’t set the alarm, I don’t get up (smiles). This is good, because sleep is the best recovery. Then the night before the game, I cook because I always do. Pasta with tomato sauce. it is invariable. The approach will always be the same: be very focused 10 minutes before the game, while in the hours before the game I like to play just to feel the ball”, OA Sport quotes him.

Seven-time TBSH champion Mats Wilander agreed that Djokovic is the favourite. “It was only a matter of time before Sinner made it to the semifinals. He is an excellent player on the grass, and in general an excellent tennis player. But I think the grass will be the best for him because he plays very aggressively. It is clear that Djokovic is doing things on the court today that we have never seen before. He is the favorite of this duel. It will be very difficult for Yannick, but he must believe in himself and that he has a good chance of winning, ”Eurosport quotes him.

Six-time Grand Slam champion Boris Becker spoke in the same vein. At the same time, he hinted that his sympathies in this matchup are on Sinner’s side. “We are all waiting for the rematch in 2022. Sinner must play the match of a lifetime to have a chance in this match,” Becker wrote on social media.

Sinner made it clear early in the game that he was aiming for a “match of a lifetime”. The Italian already had two break points in the first game, but he didn’t take advantage of them. But Djokovic in the second game immediately took the opponent’s serve – 2:0. This was the key to the Serb’s success in the first match. In the fifth game, however, Yannick had a chance to win back the break, but again failed to use a break point. As a result, Novak with a score of 5:3 went to the set. He earned double set point and used it immediately, completing three aces in one game: 6:3.

In the second game, Djokovic also quickly seized the initiative. With the score 1:1, the Serb reached a triple break point and did it at the third attempt: 2:1 with a break. And in the fourth game two acute situations arose at once. In one of the draws, Djokovic fired hard with a whoop, Sinner saved the shot, and the referee stopped the game and gave the Italian the point. And after the second “exactly” the Serbian received a warning for delaying the time before the serve. Despite this and Yannick’s break point, Novak still took his serve – 3:1.

After that, the tennis players took a game on the court (4:2), and in the seventh game, Djokovic had a double break point, that is, two hidden set points. Sinner got out of this situation, but this did not help him, since he himself did not break points anymore. The Serb served the set at 5:4 and gave the opponent only a draw, starting with an ace in the game and ending it the same way: 6:4. At this point, Sinner was well ahead of Djokovic in winners (29:17); however, he had more unforced errors (21:12).

In the third set, the opponents at first did not allow themselves to make a break, although in the third game Sinner gave Djokovic triple break point and then took five points in a row. However, in the tenth game, the Serb seriously risked losing the set: the Italian, with a score of 5: 4 in his favor, won a double set point on the reception. But Novak did not allow Yannick to close the gap in the games – 5:5. After that, Djokovic staged a kind of pantomime, pretending to be crying and wiping away his tears.

Taking another game on the court, the players proceeded to a tiebreaker. In it, Sinner made the first mini-break, but Djokovic managed to recover before the transition. With the score 4: 4, the Serb made a second mini-break, after which he took serve twice and finished the match-6: 3, 6: 4, 7: 6 (7: 4) in 2 hours. and 49 minutes. .

This was how Djokovic reached the Wimbledon final for the ninth time in his career (and the fifth time in a row). In seven of these decisive matches he won the title and only in 2013 did he lose to Andy Murray. And since 2018, the Serb has won four Wimbledons in a row (in 2020, the tournament did not take place due to the pandemic).

In the 2023 Wimbledon final, Novak will play the winner of the “top” semi-final, in which World No. 3 Daniil Medvedev will take on ATP ranking leader Carlos Alcaraz. This match will also take place today and the final will take place on Sunday, July 16. Follow all the events in the “Championship”.

The June report of the Confederation of German Bishops shocked the whole of Germany. It turned out that in 2022 alone, more than half a million inhabitants (or 2.5% of all parishioners) of the country left the bosom of the Catholic Church. At this rate, by 2060, some 40,000 Catholic parishes and monasteries will be closed across the country. Many of them are already being forced to unite and reduce clergy staff. To be fair, in addition to the Catholic community of 20 million in Germany, about the same number of people identify as Lutheran. But even there the situation is only slightly better.

In 2021, a CNA Deutsch report noted that one in three parishioners in Germany are considering leaving the church. Older Germans cited clergy-related pedophilia scandals, and younger Germans disliked being taxed for their faith. In fact, in Germany, according to the Weimar constitution, adopted in 1919, religious organizations must be financed by their members. Thus, German Christians pay 2-3% of their declared income for the upkeep of their parishes.

This process is well established and automated. When a German is baptized in the Catholic Church, he is not only registered in the book of his, but also registered as a believer in the local government. As soon as he starts working and pays income tax, the state automatically withdraws the church fee. This payment is redistributed to the respective diocese, albeit with a small “commission” charged by the state for “facilitation”. The average German pays a church fee of 350 euros a year. According to this figure, the Catholic Church in Germany lost 183 million euros (more than 18 billion rubles) last year.

Similar trends are registered in other Western countries. For example, according to a recent study, only 10% of Belgians attend church regularly. In order to somehow stop the departure of parishioners, the Belgian authorities proposed an unconventional solution: to breathe new life into the churches through additional functions.

“We have a temple brewery, a temple inn, a temple cultural center, a temple library. So we have a lot of new uses for religious buildings,” said Mechelen Mayor Bart Somers.

And in some cases, medieval church buildings are completely given over to new objects. According to the Belgian authorities, this approach has a number of advantages. First of all, it allows you to physically save church buildings that are architectural monuments. Second, it creates new opportunities for tourism development.

Thus, the former Franciscan church in Mechelen was converted into a luxurious Martin’s Patershof hotel, where the popular singer Stromae spent his wedding night among the stained glass windows. The headboards in the rooms are specially designed to resemble organ pipes, and buffet breakfasts are served in the church’s former altar room.

In Brussels, the Spirito nightclub has taken over the premises of an Anglican church and uses as its logo the image of a priest kissing a nun. Nearby is the St. Anthony of Padua church-turned-climbing club, Maniak Padoue, where the colorful hand and foot supports on the wall now compete with the stained glass windows.

In the United States over the past 25 years, 40 million people (nearly 15% of the country’s population) have stopped going to church altogether, according to The New York Times. This process is called “unchurch.” However, many of these people say that they have not completely stopped believing in higher powers and have turned to other spiritual practices, such as meditation or simply praying at home. They explain the loss of interest in the official church, as a rule, by too conservative rules of priests that do not correspond to progressive values, the alleged culture of condemnation existing in the church, and the same numerous stories in the English language. media about sexual scandals with pastors.

“Farce in action”. Why the IOC is in no hurry to invite Russia to the 2024 Olympics

0
"Farce in action". Why the IOC is in no hurry to invite Russia to the 2024 Olympics

Will Russia go to the 2024 Olympics?

Perhaps this is the main question for our sport for the last year. The IOC was supposed to make the final decision on whether or not to admit the Russians on July 26, exactly one year before the start of the Olympic Games in Paris. However, on July 13, the organization announced that the issue of inviting our athletes would be closed “in due course.” What does this mean?

“Continuation of the policy of neutralization”

On July 26, exactly one year before the start of the 2024 Games, the International Olympic Committee must send invitations to Paris to the National Olympic Committees. At the same time, the IOC had to decide whether or not to admit the Russians. But almost two weeks before this date, the organization announced that it would not send invitations to Russia, such as Belarus, for the time being.

“The current IOC recommendations for international federations and organizers of international sporting events on the participation of athletes with Russian or Belarusian passports in international competitions do not apply to the participation of athletes and their support personnel with Russian or Belarusian passports in the Olympic Games. Games and the 2026 Olympic Winter Games. The IOC will accept this decision at the appropriate time, at its own discretion and without reference to the results of previous Olympic qualification competitions.

Invitations to the 203 eligible NOCs will be sent out on July 26, 2023. This excludes the NOCs of Russia and Belarus, as well as the NOC of Guatemala, which is currently suspended,” the IOC said in a statement.

It’s time for Russia to host its own Olympics:

The IOC chief is angry at impotence. He called Russia “shameless” and threatened to split the Olympics

Russia has already reacted harshly to this statement. The head of the ROC, Stanislav Pozdnyakov, called what was happening a farce.

“The International Olympic Committee initially ruled out the possibility of inviting the ROC and the NOC of Belarus to the Games, when, in its March recommendations, it essentially deprived the citizens of our countries of the right to nationality in sport. Therefore, now it would be extremely strange if such an invitation happened.

Today’s news is a logical continuation of the current IOC policy of neutering our athletes. In fact, nothing new has been announced. There is also no answer to the question on what legal grounds NOCs are not invited, that their rights are not affected in any way, are not suspended and are not subject to any restrictions. Farce in action,” Pozdnyakov wrote on social media.

IOC support?

But the IOC’s decision should not be taken as definitively negative. The organization has just brought forward the deadline to make a decision on Russia. If they didn’t want to see us at the Olympics, they would have calmly said this a long time ago. And if the decision drags on, there may be issues that need to be considered. Probably, now the IOC is really working out the conditions for admission and is discussing the possible participation of the Russians in the 2024 Olympics with other NOCs. The question is what the admission conditions will be and whether our athletes will accept them.

The fact that the organization has supported the idea of our athletes participating in the Asian Games and qualifying for the Olympic Games through them also speaks in favor of the IOC.

“This is an agreement in principle with the proposal made by the then President of the Olympic Council of Asia at the Olympic Summit in December 2022 in accordance with the recommendations of the IOC Executive Board for the participation of athletes with Russian or Belarusian passports. in international competitions. Discussions about whether and how exactly this can be implemented are ongoing,” the committee added.

The Russians will be able to enter Asia under even sadder conditions:

Russian athletes were also hypocritically humiliated in Asia. They can only act outside the classification.

“The IOC has found a golden mean”

The fact that the IOC does not want to fully continue with the western side, became clear a long time ago. However, an international organization cannot be called a friend of Russia either. The International Olympic Committee is trying to maintain neutrality or sit on two chairs. Because of this, the organization found itself in a difficult situation: it does not want to be led by both Russia and Ukraine, so it faces confrontation from all sides. However, the IOC itself considers this to be the correct approach.

“The fact that both sides in this confrontation are not happy may indicate that the IOC has found some kind of golden mean, in which all parties can move forward to contribute to mutual understanding and peace. The entire Olympic Movement is firmly committed to its values of uniting the world in peaceful competition.

The Russian side wants the IOC to ignore the special military operation (the wording has been changed in accordance with the official position of the Russian Federation). The Ukrainian side wants the IOC to completely isolate anyone with a Russian or Belarusian passport. Both positions are diametrically opposed to the mission of the IOC and the Olympic Charter.

The IOC in such a difficult situation is guided by its values, which are its compass. That is why the IOC athlete-focused recommendations address their core values of peace, unity, solidarity and non-discrimination,” the statement said.

Keywords from the IOC statement:

The IOC said it has found a middle ground if both Russia and Ukraine are not happy with the recommendations.

In addition, the IOC again criticized the two countries involved in the conflict: Russia for politicized decisions in sport, Ukraine for banning its own athletes from competing in tournaments with Russians. It is not clear what decision the IOC will ultimately make regarding Russia’s participation in the 2024 Olympic Games. When this will happen is also a mystery to everyone. We can only hope that the athletes can still make it to the Olympic Games.

Recently, the IOC chief criticized Russia:

Due to the pension reform, by 2025, the number of pensioners working in Russia will decrease from 7.9 million to 5.6 million. However, as the KP.RU website survey showed, up to 58% of Russians plan to continue working in retirement in the future. At the same time, most of them (46%) are afraid that they will have to do this because of a lack of money, and not because of a great desire to work.

“Unfortunately, yes, the mortgage will have to be paid another 10 years after retirement,” complains the respondent.

“I am retired and working. I want to rest, but my pension is not enough”, says another.

“Pensions, of course, are not enough, housing and communal services are becoming more expensive, food too, how to live without work,” a third sighs.

Another 7% also plan to work in retirement, but for a different reason. They do not want to sit at home all day, it is better to keep in good shape, be among people in a team, lead an active lifestyle.

“And that’s how I work. And I’m not going to stop! People, don’t be lazy, get up from the sofas”, says the study participant.

5% also plan to continue working in retirement because they love their job and learn the joy of working.

But a third of Russians do not plan to work in retirement. At the same time, up to 15% of Russians say that perhaps they would like to continue working, but most likely their health will not allow it. In addition, the work of many is physically very difficult.

10% of those surveyed say they just want to relax in retirement. Finally, don’t rush anywhere, don’t report to anyone, just do what you want.

“If the pension is enough, you can rest! Travel and enjoy life”, smiles the respondent.

6% of those surveyed expect to spend more time with their families on their pensions, perhaps helping with their grandchildren. But the remaining 11% still don’t know how to better plan for their lives in retirement.

The survey was conducted among subscribers of the KP.RU website on VKontakte and Odnoklassniki social networks, as well as on Telegram and Viber instant messengers. 10.3 thousand people participated in the study.

CuttaCutta means “cave where the stars sleep” in the Javoin language of the Australian lands. This is a deeply personal, and hence heartfelt, restaurant in which Ballis served as restaurateur, concept chef, and ideologue. The menu contains a collective image of everything that is sometimes missing: pure comfort food flavors, correct minimalism, high product quality.

Bites and small plates are the know-how of the CuttaCutta menu for those who want to try everything at once. Start with boats of crisp romaine lettuce, smothered in tonnato sauce, topped with grated Parmesan or crab salad, arranged in wide strips: avocado, mango, crab, stracciatella, tomatoes, lettuce.

The interior was created by Irina Glik’s “Geometry” architectural bureau. The architectural concept is based on the symbiosis of the elements fire and air. The Australian spirit reigns here in everything: in the atmosphere, interior, cuisine, traditions.

The 2022 World Cup star was sought after by many top clubs. Why is Livakovic still playing in Croatia?

The 2022 World Cup star was sought after by many top clubs. Why is Livakovic still playing in Croatia?

At the 2022 World Cup, the Croatian team came close to repeating the sensational success they achieved four years earlier at the World Cup in Russia. At the 2018 World Cup, the “ladies” reached the final, where they lost to France. In Qatar, they were also stopped by the future champions (Argentines), but in the semifinals. As a result, Zlatko Dalic’s team finished third and won the bronze medal match. One of the great protagonists of the winter tournament was the Croatian goalkeeper Dominik Livakovic.

How Croatian goalkeeper Subasic ended his career after the 2018 World Cup:

“Forget about Smolov, it would have turned out beautiful.” The goalkeeper who eliminated Russia from the 2018 World Cup in Russia put an end to his career

According to statistics from the SofaScore website, Livakovic at the World Cup in Qatar became the best goalkeeper in terms of the number of saves – 25. And the second in the number of saves after shots from outside the box (14). In addition, he was in the top 3 in terms of accurate passes to the other half of the field (26). With Livakovic in goal, the Croatian team won on penalties in the round of 16 against Japan and in the quarterfinals against Brazil. The Japanese did not score from the “spot” three hits, the Brazilians – two.

In addition, a month ago, the Croatian team with Livakovic reached the final of the League of Nations. This tournament was supposed to further raise the already high rating of the ladies’ goalkeeper. However, Dominik still plays in his homeland for Dinamo Zagreb. But the Croatian championship is far from being a top league. In the UEFA club ranking, he occupies only 19th place.

Livakovich is already 28 years old. He made his debut in the national team not a year or two ago, but in 2017. At the World Championship in Russia, he was a substitute for Daniel Subasic, but after that tournament he became the first number of the Croatian national team. In addition, Dominic has a rather rich European experience: 16 matches in the group stage of the Champions League and 29 matches in the group stage and playoffs of the Europa League. The goalkeeper’s class is beyond doubt, he is also endowed with leadership qualities – in the last four years he has been entrusted with the role of team captain.

Why is Livakovic still not in the top league? This question is asked, even in the homeland of a football player. For example, the Vecernji.hr site published an article this spring in which journalists discussed Dominik’s failed transfer.

Our colleagues from Croatia interviewed the experts. Andy Bar’s manager commented:

“I think Livakovich had invitations, but he doesn’t want to leave just to leave. The proposals received clearly did not satisfy him or the club. He was good at Dynamo all the time. He also has an excellent status in the Croatian national team. He would say that he didn’t want to take chances and take what he didn’t need. He goes to a club where he doesn’t feel safe.”

According to Croatian media, Dinamo wants to earn at least 10 million euros from the sale of Livakovic, an amount that is specified in his contract, which is valid until the summer of 2024. The club understands that without Dominik it will be very difficult to access the phase group stage of the Champions League, that the Zagreb team will start from the second qualifying round. In addition, Dynamo sold key players in the winter window – Mislav Orsic and Aryan Ademi. For Croats, outgoing transfers remain an important source of budget replenishment.

Dominik Livakovich

Photo: Alexander Hassenstein/Getty Images

“Livakovic’s price has been quite high for a long time,” agent Marko Naletilich explained to the Croatian website. Goalkeepers are not that easy to sell: they are not bought in bulk at all transfer windows. He must be the first goalkeeper, and not the second, the one who fights for a spot at the base. This is not an option for him because Livakovych’s rating is too high. According to the reaction on the goal line, he is the best goalkeeper in the world. This is one of the strongest goalkeepers on the market today.”

Rumors about Livakovich, of course, are enough. In the post-World Cup winter window of 2022, they wrote about Chelsea’s interest in him, with Bayern reportedly wanting to replace the injured Manuel Neuer with a Croat. Dominic’s name was also associated with Nottingham Forest.

During the summer window, Villarreal is shaping up to be the main candidate for Livakovic, but the Spanish club offered only €8 million plus bonuses. In addition, there was information about the negotiations with Fiorentina and Fenerbahce, as well as the fact that Manchester United sees Dominic as the team’s new reserve goalkeeper. However, the Manchester United or Bayern bench hardly attracts the goalkeeper himself with his status.

What our players need to play like the Croatians:

Why does little Croatia play better football than big Russia?

Livakovic’s only signing is from Zagreb to Dynamo for €625,000 in 2015. Then Dominik stayed on loan in Zagreb for one season, and after that the goalkeeper plays only for Dynamo. But it seems that in the current summer window Livakovich should be transferred to the top flight in Europe at the height of his career, otherwise the 2022 World Cup star risks not going anywhere.

10 conditions of the Ministry of Finance: it will be more difficult for foreign companies to leave Russia

10 conditions of the Ministry of Finance: it will be more difficult for foreign companies to leave Russia

Conditions will complicate the exit of foreign companies from Russia

Photo: Ivan MAKEEV

You can’t just take it and leave the Russian market. Last year the government developed strict rules for organizations that want to leave us. For example, a Russian company can only be sold at a large discount, and the outgoing company must pay a large amount of money to the Russian budget (see “Previous Conditions”).

And that is why the government decided to make it even more difficult for foreigners to leave our country. The Finance Ministry recently published a list of 10 conditions for companies to leave “enemy” countries. Most of them are already known, but there are new requirements.

– All these rules reduce the probability of foreign companies leaving our market, – comments Maxim Chirkov, associate professor at the Department of Political Economy of the Faculty of Economics of the Russian Friendship of Peoples University. – Now it will be much more difficult to return, which means that the losses from leaving can simply be written off and not wait for a return and more profit.

TWO YEARS FOR RETURN

Of the new – the prohibition of the conclusion of a repurchase option for a period of more than two years. Remember that many companies enter into such a condition with the buyer. McDonald’s sold the Russian “possessions” with right of redemption in 15 years, it took Renault 6 years to do it.

– The new condition protects the rights of new business owners who bought the assets of the previous owners, – explains Chirkov. – Here you need to understand that companies leaving Russia have great market power and, of course, can dictate their terms. In order not to give them this opportunity, we have established that they can return to our market only within two years after the transfer of the business. Did not return within this period – the Russian owner becomes the full owner. He will calmly invest, develop business and not worry that the previous owner will declare ownership of him.

In case of repurchase, the former owner must pay the market price for the return of the business. And not “1 ruble”, as indicated in some contracts.

By the way, this does not apply to deals that have already been concluded.

GO TO EXCHANGE

Another of the new ones is the obligation to place up to 20% of the shares of the acquired public limited company (PJSC) on the stock market, regardless of the format of the transaction.

– We are talking only about public joint-stock companies, the shares of which are traded on the stock exchange, – says Maxim Chirkov. – Most existing companies are not subject to this condition. In addition, many PJSC today already have more than 20% traded on the stock market. Basically, the condition is designed for foreign owners who had a large number of shares, controlled them and did not leave them outstanding. Now they are required to put a maximum of 20% on the stock market. This is necessary to increase the growth of asset values and, at the same time, make the participation of Russian shareholders more expensive. For the economy as a whole, this will add “market character.” They criticized us in the West that our economy is closed. These initiatives say the opposite. The Russian economy is competitive and ready to work under market conditions.

LIMITED DIVIDENDS

The Ministry of Finance also prescribed new criteria for the payment of dividends to foreign creditors. Among the main conditions:

1. The total amount of dividends – no more than 50% of the net profit of the company for the previous year.

2. Willingness of foreign shareholders to continue business activities in the Russian Federation.

Previous conditions

These requirements for outgoing business have been running for many months and no one cancels them:

– Sale of assets at a discount of at least 50% of the market value;

– Independent evaluation of the market value of the assets;

– Establishment of key performance indicators for new shareholders (owners);

– Payment to the budget of the Russian Federation of at least 10% of the valuation of the asset, if the company is sold at a discount of more than 90% of the market value;

– payment to the budget of the Russian Federation of at least 10% of half of the market value of assets.

In Stockholm, the action was allowed with the burning of the Torah and the Bible KXan 36 Daily News

Opened in St. Petersburg exhibition dedicated to the patron saints of the city KXan 36 Daily News

As it became known, a 30-year-old man requested to organize the action. He said the event is a response to the burning of the Koran, which took place in June near Stockholm’s largest mosque.

“The burning is a symbolic event in the name of freedom of expression,” said the initiator of the action.

Leading figures from other religions also spoke out against the burning of the Holy Scriptures. The Russian Orthodox Church called the action an attempt by certain forces to destroy interfaith harmony around the world. Pope Francis has said that the burning of holy books is a reckless use of freedom of expression.

The burning of the Koran sparked violent protests in the Muslim world. The Organization of Islamic Cooperation demanded that holy scriptures be protected at the legislative level.

Let’s remember that on June 28, 2023, a migrant from Iraq starred in an action of burning the Koran in downtown Stockholm. On that day, Muslims around the world celebrated Eid al-Adha, one of the major religious holidays. Subsequently, the Swedish police received three more requests for July 15 to hold demonstrations in Stockholm and Helsingborg with the burning of religious books – the Torah and the Bible – in front of the Israeli embassy.

Jujutsu Kaisen: Who is Riko Amanai in this story? | spaghetti code

The return of the history of Jujutsu Kaisen showed us another facet of Gojo and Geto, especially their past, but while studying at the Academy of Magic, they encountered a character who marked the current relationship between them.

This is Riko Amanai, who was named the Star Plasma Vessel for Lord Tengen, so both wizards must protect her on a great mission, but here we will tell you a little more about her.

Riko Amanai is one of the key characters in the second season of the anime. She attended the Renchoku Girls’ School and undoubtedly lived a normal life until her face became the most popular jujutsu kaisen in the world.

She was a cheerful person, very energetic and sincere, but at times imagined herself to be a Star Plasma Vessel, and also cared for her loved ones, such as Misato Kuroi.

She was already more than ready to merge with Tengen, but as time passed and she spent time with her friends and bodyguards (Gojo and Geto), she wanted to enjoy life and her daily activities more, until she wanted to be a Vessel of Star Plasma.

(Not) well-fitting: how to choose the right swimsuit?

0
(Not) well-fitting: how to choose the right swimsuit?

First of all, remember that there is no ugly figure. The ideal swimsuit is only the one that focuses on the merits and carefully hides what you don’t want to show.

If you have wide hips, choose a swimsuit top that is more sophisticated and elegant in color, silhouette, and decoration. If you want to hide your tummy, take a closer look at shorts with a high waist. But broad shoulders and narrow hips can be balanced out with low-rise panties. Tangos and Brazilians with skinny ties are best suited – the waist will appear slimmer, and all attention will be shifted to the hips.

TIPS: If you want to give volume to your bust, look for a bra with a slight push up or a top with removable cups. If the chest, on the contrary, is too lush, provide it with proper support. A bodice with wide straps and a tight elastic band under the bust will not only reduce the load on the back, but also emphasize the seductive shapes.

Girls want their legs to be slimmer and longer. In photographs, this effect is achieved due to the correct angle. Actually, it is enough to choose shorts with adjustable drawstrings on the sides. This will allow you to easily adjust the background both in volume and in height.

TRICK: Raise the bindings of your thighs and your legs will go to infinity.

When choosing a swimsuit, do not underestimate its color and pattern. They play no less a role in visual perception than style. Dark colors and vertical stripes elongate the body, while bright tones and horizontal patterns add volume.

Aecoc asks to repeal the tax on plastic and more changes in the regulations

Aecoc asks to repeal the tax on plastic and more changes in the regulations

The Association of Manufacturers and Distributors (Aecoc) has asked the Government to leave the next general elections to take measures to promote the economic development of the country through a regulatory and fiscal framework that benefits the competitiveness of companies and values their paper.

The employers’ association, which brings together more than 33,000 companies in the consumer goods sector, has requested that “the necessary lines of action be activated to encourage the increase in the business fabric” and has highlighted the position of companies as “main generators of employment” .

From Aecoc they have proposed, among other measures, the repeal of the plastic tax. The business association proposes to stop the imposition of this tax until the rest of the member states of the European Union have a similar one.

A new regulatory framework

Regarding the consumer goods sector, the document recalled that its value chain “has played a very important role in combating the instability and uncertainty of recent years”, guaranteeing supply during the pandemic and reducing its margins “so as not to punish more to consumers” in the highest cost inflation in recent decades.

For the promotion of business activity, Aecoc has claimed the need for the next Executive “to ensure a regulatory framework and taxation that are not a brake on the competitiveness of companies”, since it urges an “administrative competitiveness model , regulatory and fiscal”.

Among the administrative competitiveness measures, the mass consumption employers’ association has proposed “reducing the overload generated by administrative procedures that do not add value to the industry, distribution or the final consumer.”

From the perspective of regulatory competitiveness, manufacturers and distributors have proposed that the links linked to European directives and regulations “do not increase the objectives or requirements set by the European Union”; a legislative harmonization “that allows companies to operate throughout the State with minimum common rules and without duplication that generate necessary costs”; and “regulations that facilitate the incorporation of technological tools based on international standards.”

Regarding fiscal competitiveness, the document raises issues such as “minimizing territorial discrepancies derived from tax policies”, “not penalizing companies with physical establishments” and “basing the implementation of new taxes on complete studies and criteria”.

They ask for the start-up of the Mediterranean corridor

In addition to these general approaches, the employers’ association has proposed specific measures for the fields of logistics and transport, sustainability and health, education and employment, commercial administration and commercial theft.

Thus, among the Measures for Logistics and Transport, they request the approval of the 44 Tons of Cargo Vehicles for the Transport of Goods, the Commissioning of the Mediterranean Corridor and the Harmonization of low emission zones and measures for Distribution Urban Merchandise.

Regarding sustainability and health, the employer demands consumer information and awareness campaigns to value the importance and benefits of caring for food, as well as avoiding the use of taxation as an instrument to change eating habits or lifestyles of consumers and activate help and advice mechanisms for companies to comply with the requirements of the future law against food waste, should it be approved.

It also demands that the Royal Decree on Packaging and Packaging Waste be reconsidered in line with the objectives set by the European Union and the repeal of the plastic tax and, secondarily, postpone its entry into force until all EU states have a equivalent tax.

The large consumer employers’ association urges the new Executive to eliminate the limit of 400 euros on multi-repeat theft and create regulations to prevent infractions and crimes against companies and consumers in digital environments.

Regarding education and employment, Aecoc requests bonuses for companies with students in Dual Training and that training practices in the company are regulated from the educational, labor and business fields.

While with regard to commercial administration, request that the operation of the Registry of Food Contracts be modified to avoid administrative overloads for companies, the development of the regulation on electronic invoicing based on international standards and that technological solutions be implemented to increase information on products to consumers and increase the transparency of the value chain.

“We can do more.” Intriguing results of the quarterfinals of the Volleyball Nations League

Andrey Shitikhin July 14, 2023, 17:30 Moscow time Audio version: Your browser does not support the audio element.

The reigning champions were knocked out and the main contenders for victory reached the semi-finals for the first time in history.

The Final Eight of the Women’s Volleyball Nations League began in Arlington (USA). And after the quarterfinals, the current winner resigned, and one of the teams advanced to the semifinals for the first time in history. The Italian team, which is playing in the League of Nations without its main stars, Paola Egonu and Elena Pietrini, who will play in Kazan from the new season, could not defend last year’s title. In the quarterfinals, the Italians almost did not resist the Turkish team, losing in three sets. By the way, this was the only match of this stage that ended in three games.

Which volleyball player is the best in the preliminary phase?

Classification

Former volleyball player or scorer in the Polish Super League. Choose the best player in the Nations League

The only component in which the Italians turned out to be stronger: points scored from the service: four against three. In all other aspects, the Turkish team was better, especially in the block. Well, the number of errors typical of the Italian team, compared to the rivals, did nothing to start a fight. Future Kaliningrad Lokomotiv star Ebrar Karakurt scored eight points, seven attacking and one blocking.

Turkey’s opponents in the semifinals will be volleyball players from the United States. The Olympic champions in four sets faced the Japanese team. The Americans, like the Italians in the game against Turkey, made a lot of mistakes. But their attacking power allowed them to make up for the amount of their own mistakes: Karch Kiraly’s men scored 62 points on offense, more than half of which were scored by Andrea Drews, Kelsey Robinson and Avery Skinner. Skinner entered the court in the middle of game three, but managed to score 11 points.

The most intense was the match between the teams of Brazil and China. The Brazilians, as usual, were very inventive and varied in attack, scoring 60 points, while the Chinese only 49.

The Brazilian team also served very powerfully: eight aces to one. But 30 (!) own errors and the overwhelming superiority of the Chinese in the block nullified the efforts of the South American team.

A very fun and beautiful match ended with a group of Chinese volleyball players surrounding the famous blocker of the Brazilian national team, Taisa de Menezes, and arranged a photo session with her. By the way, the Chinese have never won the Nations League in their history, but they did win bronze medals twice, in 2018 and 2019. There is a chance to take a step forward.

In the semifinals, the Chinese team will play the best team in the preliminary round – the Polish team. The team of the Italian mentor Stefano Lavarini in four games turned out to be stronger than the German team.

It is curious that Polish volleyball players have never reached the Nations League semifinals before, but this season they claim to win the tournament. Magdalena Stysiak and Olivia Rozanski each scored 18 points, more than half of all the points scored by the team on offense. According to the 22-year-old Stysiak, the whole team is pleased with the best result in Nation League history. “But I’m sure we can do more,” said the leader of the Polish national team.

The semifinals will take place on Saturday, July 15.

Less than a month ago, Bedros Kirkorov celebrated his 91st birthday with his family. But even then the artist complained of health problems.

– My legs hurt, I can barely walk with two sticks. I don’t mind big vacations. I know that 91 is not celebrated. Bad signal. If I live to be 92 years old, God will give me one more year of life, then I will celebrate my birthday with my friends. Meanwhile, I sit in a narrow circle, with my family. I recently went deaf in one ear. I think radiation is to blame, – shared Bedros Kirkorov with KP.RU.

As KP.RU managed to find out, for several months Father Philip Kirkorov has been worried about pain in his legs. The artist’s family this spring even consulted Elena Malysheva. According to Bedros’s friends, Malysheva helped him with a doctor who managed to put the star pensioner on his feet.

However, now Kirkorov Sr. was again hospitalized in the capital’s clinic. With him in the room is his young partner, Olesya, 43 years old.

– Bedros went to the military hospital for a scheduled examination. He doesn’t feel very well, but he holds on, say the singer’s acquaintances.

Recall: Bedros recently announced a divorce from his wife Lyudmila, with whom he was married for more than 20 years. The artist complained that his wife had long since left him without care and was living his own life.

Then the singer began dating a 43-year-old fan of Philip Kirkorov Olesya. The lady eventually became a faithful assistant to Bedros.

– I don’t plan to get married. I have no beloved woman. But thanks to Olesya and my son, I still talk and walk with you. Yes, I walk with a cane, but on my own two feet, 91-year-old Kirkorov tells KP.RU.

KP.RU wishes Bedros good health!

“The third world war is coming,” summed up the third.

Let us remember that Biden issued a decree that allowed the Pentagon to call up 3,000 soldiers from the reserve to guarantee European security.

Earlier, American readers were angered by US President Joe Biden’s promise to continue sending billions of dollars in financial assistance to Ukraine.

Recall that since the beginning of 2022, the United States has allocated about $ 100 billion to help Ukraine, but earlier the media wrote that by the middle of this summer the money of the American administration for these purposes could run out and a new decision will be legislators need. Until now, supporters of assistance to Ukraine remain in the majority, but as the elections in the United States approach and in the absence of results from the operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, disputes on this issue in Washington are only they will sharpen .

This is due to the high number of allegations received, which is causing municipalities to consider unusual solutions such as repeating draws or placing the first citizen to vote at the table.

The allegations that the city councils are receiving from people who want to exempt themselves from their obligation to participate in the table are mainly for being over 65 years of age or for having a contracted trip for the date of the elections prior to their being called.

On the other hand, the excuses to avoid participating in election day as a table have also been given with justifications that are not considered valid such as family events, festivals and concerts or even being an object of conscience and refusing to do so on principle.

The first to arrive at the polling station… stay

In the province of Córdoba, incidents are being registered to form the polling stations in practically all judicial demarcations due to the high volume of “excuses” and “allegations” that are received every day. The biggest problems are occurring especially in the municipality of Puente Genil, although they “trust” in being able to “balance” them.

Despite this, in the Priego de Córdoba demarcation they go further: they do not rule out that even the first voters to reach the electoral college have to occupy some of the unfilled positions.

Repetitions of the draw in Ávila, Córdoba or Zumárraga

In Ávila, this Friday they celebrate a new partial draw to designate the members of the missing tables, since on June 22 they named the people who would be part of them, but the Electoral Board has admitted so many allegations that they have to repeat the draw.

In this way, it is intended to guarantee that there are no “inconveniences” at the affected tables on Sunday, July 23. In Zumarraga (Gipuzkoa) and Aguilar de Frontera (Córdoba) the formation of the tables is not guaranteed either, so second draws are already being held to complete them.

Go to nearby towns in Madrid

The avalanche of allegations that has been registered in Madrid has forced some municipalities, mostly small, not only to repeat the draws again among the citizens registered in that municipality, but they could even have to resort to nearby towns. to set up such a table.

As sources from the Madrid Zone Electoral Board have advanced to EFE, almost 11,000 allegations have been registered in the capital alone in two weeks, of which 8,512 have been resolved in favor and 1,488 have been rejected so far.

In Madrid capital, it will not be necessary to resort to a second draw, since there are almost a thousand people in the census and all of them entered the draw on June 22, so the “list is drawn” when the applications are accepted. allegations.

Ponferrada, where only one of the 84 tables is complete

As of July 12, in Ponferrada (León) only one of the 84 polling stations has been completed and, although the president of the municipality’s Zone Electoral Board, Rodrigo Marcos Vian, admits that they are having more problems than usual for the constitution of the tables, it guarantees that the process will be completed normally because “there are means for it”.

“We are at 60 percent of excuses admitted and 40 percent rejected,” explains Marcos Vian, who adds that, although the excuses are part of the “picaresque Spanish”, with ailments and injuries of all kinds, most are justified .

“In the previous elections we finished constituting the 84 tables three days before the voting, so this time there is plenty of time to do it,” he says.

Wider raffles in the Valencian Community

From the Electoral Board of the Valencia area they explain that the consistories have been carrying out larger draws than usual for the composition of the polling stations, precisely with the aim of having a large reserve, avoiding problems and holding second draws , an extreme to which it has not happened that he resorted.

In addition to having received allegations for having contracted vacations, the same sources assure that the claim is also being frequent by employees who work in shifts, especially in the health sector, whose replacement in these summer months is not easy.

Problems in small municipalities of Murcia

The Mula Zone Electoral Board, which brings together eleven municipalities out of the 45 that the Region of Murcia has, has admitted that it has encountered certain problems in locating and finding members of the polling station. The reason is that many residents have already started their vacations and are not at their usual homes.

This is the case of Ojós, with only five hundred inhabitants, but there are also difficulties in some municipalities with fewer than 5,000 inhabitants, such as Albudeite, Aledo, Campos del Río, Pliego, Ricote, Ulea and Villanueva del Río Segura.

Who is a schizoid and why does it cost him to live? 6 behavior markers to test yourself

Who is a schizoid and why does it cost him to live? 6 behavior markers to test yourself

Very often, complex psychological terms make their way into everyday vocabulary, but their true meaning remains a mystery. So, for example, it happened with the term “schizoid”. Some associate it directly with schizophrenia. Others believe that it is an insulting curse. Still others understand a little better and understand that they refer to human personality types: schizoid, hysteroid, etc. But there is another problem: most likely, the ideas of these people are outdated.

clinical psychologist, expert of the online school of psychological professions “Psicodemia”

Who are these “schizoids” and what if you are one of them?

Right away we’re going to dot the “i.” A person with a schizoid personality type is not someone who has schizophrenia. It’s about different things! I propose to start by understanding what a personality type is, and then proceed to the analysis of schizoid characteristics.

About human personality types

An attempt to divide any phenomenon into varieties – to categorize, typify – is a natural step in the process of knowing the world. To facilitate the study of a person’s personality, psychologists and psychiatrists, looking at its various manifestations, tried to simplify the information received in order to identify the types.

Having decomposed all the variety of phenomena into certain “boxes”, we have the opportunity to study each of them in detail. Why is this guy exactly the way he is, what influenced his formation? What problems do these people face? And, most importantly, how can you help them? It was these questions that the creators of the typologies wanted to answer.

Photo: www.istockphoto.com

However, the human psyche is a highly complex phenomenon, and the more complex the phenomenon, the more difficult it is to typify it. Researchers have come up with a large number of very different systems, but none of them have earned the status of the only true one. In addition, modern science is gradually moving away from typologies, since data and scientific practice show that a person cannot be placed in just one “box”. Each person has a set of traits that have varying degrees of severity and manifest in their own way depending on the context.

According to modern ideas, a person’s personality is not monolithic, but looks like a large family of many components. So, each of us has schizoid, hysterical, narcissistic (etc.) parts, but their percentage and size vary from person to person.

When one of the traits is significantly expressed compared to the others, this is called “accentuation of character”. I emphasize that here we are still talking about the variant of the norm. When one or more traits are so pronounced that they lead to significant problems in relationships with other people (and in the life of the person himself), we are already facing Personality disorder. Every person has schizoid features to one degree or another, only in someone they are especially pronounced.

More about types and typologies:

Who is an ambivert and how should he live? 10 signs that you are this type

The nature and behavior markers of the schizoid.

Renowned researcher and psychoanalyst Nancy McWilliams describes schizoid individuals as hypersensitive people who “seem to have nerve endings closer to the surface than others” (McWilliams, 1998). The world probably seems like a particularly unsafe place to them, so they withdraw into themselves and emotionally withdraw from others to protect themselves. I emphasize that, despite the popularity and widespread use of this psychoanalytic concept, it is still only one of the views on schizoid processes.

People with this personality type are united a number of features:

They prefer solitude, avoid social events and social contacts. It’s not that they’re afraid. In fact, they are simply not interested. Such a person is more likely to stay at home to read a book or engage in creativity in solitude, rather than go to a concert or meet with friends. They have a limited circle of friends, it is difficult for them to build close relationships. They have a low need for external contacts. They prefer to maintain an emotional distance and often avoid intimacy, seem aloof, emotionally cold and distant. It is difficult for them to show tenderness, love, warmth and participation. The low participation of these people in relationships can often become the reason for quarrels, because partners are often offended by their behavior, they are often quite indifferent to intimate relationships, despite the fact that there may not be problems with achieving the orgasm or sexual dysfunction. As mentioned above, they avoid intimacy. Physical – included They are not guided by the opinions of others. They are equally indifferent to criticism and praise. They don’t care much about accepted norms. How he should look and behave – all this does not bother the schizoid too much. He is not one of those who seek approval, they often go into the world of their own fantasies, reality is not so interesting and reliable for them. Most of them have a well-developed imagination, so among people with a schizoid personality type you can find writers, artists or musicians. Not inclined to “act”, however, they often express their thoughts and feelings in creative ways.

People with schizoid personality dynamics prefer to observe and analyze the world around them rather than actively participate in it. They pay attention to facts and details, can delve into what they have learned, and are often interested in abstract topics. Therefore, among schizoid personalities you can find mathematicians, physicists, philosophers, etc.

It is important to remember that each person is unique. These characteristics can manifest differently for everyone.

How is a schizoid personality formed?

Like any personality trait, the schizoid is formed due to a complex interaction of biological, social and psychological factors. Some role is played by genetic and physiological features of the nervous system (in particular, rapid excitability, sensitivity to external stimuli), some – relationships with significant adults, social experience, culture, beliefs, ideas about the world.

By nancy macwilliams, schizoid traits can be exacerbated in two different types of family systems. The first is the overprotective type of parenting. In this case, parents display stifling care and regularly violate the boundaries of the child’s personal space, which can lead to emotional avoidance (McWilliams, 1998).

The second type is the reverse situation. We are talking about emotionally distant relatives who behave inconsistently or unpredictably. In search of an optimal strategy of behavior, schizoid characteristics become more acute in such a child. Social isolation at an early age also contributes to this.

If you can’t find the schizoid in you, maybe you are here:

How to understand that you are still an extrovert: 22 typical signs, pros and cons of character

Disadvantages and advantages of the schizoid.

Schizoids have difficulty communicating and establishing close relationships with other people. There may be differences here. For some of them, social isolation becomes a problem, for others (with marked schizoid) existence at a distance from people is quite comfortable.

Very often, people with a schizoid personality type can turn to a psychologist with the following problems:

Depression and depressive state associated with the lack of a close circle, social isolation and loneliness Burnout, fatigue, lack of understanding of one’s own desires. Schizoid personalities have a problem recognizing and expressing their emotions, and consequently, an inability to perceive and satisfy needs on time: from a banal feeling of hunger to the need to rest or change occupation. Difficulties with employment. The inability to adapt to society and communicate effectively can manifest itself both in the workplace and in interviews. Lack of romantic relationships. If people with a pronounced schizoid personality disorder can not even be upset by the lack of a partner, then people with accentuated or simply pronounced features often want to find a soul mate or start a family. At the same time, the classic ways of dating, like going to parties or using dating apps, can downright disgust them. Not to mention the fact that close relationships scare them in fact Conflicts with a partner. Schizoid people may face reproaches or claims from a loved one due to their coldness, distance, or problems with sex. In this case, in addition to individual work, couples therapy is very appropriate.

Despite all this, schizoids may have a number of advantages. For example, they are quite assiduous and autonomous. They are suitable for a type of activity that requires independence and the ability to function without constant interaction with other people (for example, remotely).

The interest of schizoids in the world of dreams and fantasies is often associated with creative success, and the ability to plunge into the subject, look for cause-and-effect relationships helps in scientific work. Some point out that schizoid people are calm, meek and quite stable in situations that in other people will cause a strong emotional jolt.

How to live with a schizoid?

Do not think that schizoids are soulless people. Most of the time, they experience a lot of mistrust and feel insecure in contact with others. The best thing a close person can do is not undermine trust and provide a normal level of respect and attention.

It is quite useless to persistently demand strong emotional involvement from schizoids, a vivid expression of passion in relationships, great warmth, or public displays of attention. It’s just not in their nature. This feature just needs to be accepted.

How to live a schizoid?

Despite the fact that the article is devoted to a general idea of the schizoid personality type, it is important to remember that each person is unique. There is no identical life story. Not a single psychologist in the world can tell a person how to live.

If after reading this article you suddenly realized that you are a schizoid, try to answer yourself the following questions:

What exactly does this information tell you about yourself? How “okay” are you with your schizoid? Does it bother you? What problems are you facing? Do you need help finding solutions to these problems?

If, thinking about these questions, you realize that you have problems and do not know what to do with them, the most effective solution is to contact a psychologist.

The State Duma adopted a law prohibiting gender reassignment: how it will work in Russia

The law “On the Fundamentals of the Protection of the Health of Citizens in Russia” was supplemented by a new article. It prohibits medical interventions and the consumption of drugs intended to change sex.

In the third final reading, the State Duma passed a law prohibiting gender reassignment. Exceptions – cases of treatment of a number of diseases in children. According to the speaker of the lower house of parliament, Vyacheslav Volodin, the adoption of such a document is aimed at protecting the rights of the country’s inhabitants, mainly minors.

The head of the lower house of the Russian parliament called sex change a path that leads to the degeneration of the nation. He considered this unacceptable for Russia.

The law “On the Fundamentals of the Protection of the Health of Citizens in Russia” was supplemented by a new article. It prohibits medical interventions and the consumption of drugs intended to change sex. Such a ban does not apply to the intervention of doctors, which is associated with the treatment of congenital anomalies and malformations. Also, sex reassignment surgery can be performed in the treatment of genetic and endocrine diseases that are associated with a violation of the formation of the genital organs in boys.

“Radio Komsomolskaya Pravda asked Alexey Starchenko, a lawyer, a member of the Public Council for the Protection of Patients’ Rights, to comment on these changes in legislation.

– Alexey Anatolyevich, as a specialist in the protection of patients’ rights, do you see any pitfalls in this law?

– To be honest, the figure that was announced – and it is about three thousand patients who have gone through such a difficult history in our country, it seems to me, makes this problem not particularly relevant.

– Precisely because the issue concerns a very small number of people with a similar specific problem?

– Certainly. Compared to 145 million inhabitants of the Russian Federation, 2990 patients, and this number of patients was announced in the State Duma, have undergone this type of medical intervention: they, excuse some, perhaps cynicism, do not do any climate for our country. absolutely.

– But it can hardly be denied that there is a tendency to increase the number of people with a similar problem. And the deputies who discussed this law say that now people with a fragile psyche and with a fragile mental makeup can see enough of what is happening on the other side of the hill, and while a small number of “sick” people can increase quickly, exponentially?

– In general, as I understand it, the history of the legalization of such surgical changes begins in 2017. When did it become legal to change gender? It seems that it was then that the relevant order from the Ministry of Health appeared. But I think the problem is still that those people who have changed their sex are on hormone replacement therapy. And the question is whether they will continue to receive it more in an organized way, at the expense of the State…

– Do you have information that compulsory hormone therapy – is not specified in any way in the new version of the law?

– At least, in the announcements everywhere, in the media, it was indicated that the law implies the prohibition of such therapy.

– But shouldn’t the ban apply to the intervention of doctors, which is associated with the treatment of congenital anomalies and malformations?

– We are talking about congenital anomalies. For example, about hermaphroditism. When, say, a born child has, for example, sexual organs (internal or external) of different sexes, that is, both. It means, or partly one, partly the other. These are the patients of childhood, apparently they will undergo correction, depending on what prevails genetically, on the one hand, on the other hand, purely physically, taking into account the opinion of their parents, etc.

OSAGO: who insures more often, in which cities, which cars - Rossiyskaya Gazeta

The Finuslugi platform compiled a portrait of a CMTPL buyer based on sales data in the first half of 2023. According to the results of the study, which is available to Rossiyskaya Gazeta, the most frequent category of buyers is drivers aged 31 to 40 years. In general, more than half of the clients of the financial platform are middle-aged people, over 30 years old, but under 50 years old. The group of clients whose age is close to retirement age (21%) also stood out.

Men issued 3.5 times as many OSAGO policies as women. This may be due to the fact that men in Russia are more likely to own a car. At the same time, the average cost of an OSAGO policy for women in the first half of 2023 was 8% higher than for men, who, in turn, paid slightly less for the policy (by 2%) than men. average price. The higher price for women is explained by the values of three basic coefficients: accident rate (CBM), age and length of service (CWS), policy purchase region (CT). All these coefficients for women were on average higher.

More often than others, buyers insured Lada cars (15%), but the most common model of this brand, Granta, was found in only 3% of insurers. Russians also drive Kia, Hyundai and Volkswagen. At the same time, almost half (47%) of policyholders own cars that are more than 10 years old. Engine power indicators had a significant variation, and every tenth policy on the financial platform was issued for cars with 150 hp engines.

FIFA 24 has become EA Sports FC 24: all the details of EA’s new soccer simulator

Mikhail Shevkun July 14, 2023, 16:45 Moscow time Audio version: Your browser does not support the audio element.

FIFA is gone, but the game remains.

There will be no new FIFA in 2023: it will be replaced by another football simulator from Electronic Arts under a new brand EA Sports FC 24 (literally “EA Sports Football Club”). One year after the announcement of the new franchise, the publisher has finally begun to share the first details.

We talk about everything important, from the release date to the details of the game.

What is EA Sports FC 24 (FIFA 24)

This is FIFA 24. The main change of the new part is the name change, while otherwise it will be exclusively the same game with the same content that you expect from every new FIFA. The name had to be changed as EA was not happy with FIFA’s requests to continue using the name on the cover.

Also, EA Sports FC 24 will not differ significantly from FIFA 23 in terms of content: in the same FIFA 23, for example, they made a big bet on the Women’s World Cup.

The video is available on the EA Sports FC YouTube channel. The rights of the videos belong to EA Sports.

The main difference between the novelty will be the improved HyperMotion technology, which is now called HyperMotionV. “V” is short for volumetric.

HyperMotionV uses volumetric data from over 180 of the best World Cup, Premier League and La Liga matches to create the most authentic player movement.

As before, HyperMotion is only available for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series, while PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch players will have to make do with the old way animations work. Overall, the EA Sports team continues to focus more on expanding and improving gameplay rather than expanding content.

Overall, though, it will still be enough: over 19,000 players, 700 teams, 100 stadiums, and 30 leagues.

When will EA Sports FC 24 (FIFA 24) be released?

EA Sports FC 24 will launch on September 29 on PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch; However, Ultimate Edition buyers (Ultimate Edition) and EA Play Pro subscribers on PC will be able to play from September 22, and will also receive various bonuses.

EA Play subscribers will also be able to try the 10-hour trial starting September 22.

Switch owners will be in for a real surprise, because after several years of re-release of the same FIFA 19 on the Nintendo console, they will release a new version of the footsim on the Frostbite engine, which will be identical to the versions on PS4. and Xbox One.

The video is available on Nintendo’s YouTube channel. The rights of the videos belong to EA Sports.

EA Sports FC 24 release in Russia and Russian translation

Officially, the football simulator will not be released in Russia – EA has suspended work in the country in the spring of 2022. However, over the past year, stores have established rapid import of discs, and gamers have learned to buy in other regions; soon we will prepare instructions.

At the same time, the Russian translation, it seems, will be. Mention of the localization appeared on the Electronic Arts website, which is somewhat unexpected given the publisher’s other news: There was no translation in Need for Speed: Unbound, a Dead Space remake, and Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

Other details of EA Sports FC 24

The game will have limited cross-play between PC, PS5 and Xbox Series, and between PS4 and Xbox One. Switch players will only be able to play and interact with each other. In Clubs mode, you can now share clubs within the same generation of platforms (separately between PC, PS5 and Xbox Series, separately between PS4 and Xbox One, players on Switch only between them). There will be “Player Career” and “Manager Career” modes. Female footballers will make their first appearance in Ultimate Team mode, and will also be allowed to be used in teams with male footballers, there will be no gender restrictions when forming your club.

Due to the epidemic, Cyprus becomes an island of dead cats

Due to the epidemic, Cyprus becomes an island of dead cats

In Cyprus there are many cats living on the streets and it is not easy to calculate the exact number of deaths.

Photo: GLOBAL LOOK PRESS

An outbreak of feline coronavirus has been reported in Cyprus. The disease has already claimed the lives of some 300,000 cats living on the island, thus reducing its population by more than a third in a short period. At the same time, veterinarians do not consider these figures to be definitive, since in Cyprus there are many cats living on the streets and it is not possible to calculate the exact number of dead individuals. But in any case, the carcasses of animals were found there and are found more and more often.

Separate cases of this disease have already been reported in the UK and Israel.

A certain strain of coronavirus causes peritonitis (FIP) in cats, leading to the death of the animal. Both domestic and outdoor cats are equally susceptible to infection. In Cyprus, an increase in the incidence of this coronavirus was recorded in January and peaked in June.

The most common symptoms of FIP are fever, swelling, and sometimes aggressive behavior from the animal. Kittens and cats under the age of two are most at risk of infection.

The disease is curable, but the cost of drugs that effectively combat this strain is incredibly expensive and, depending on the weight of the animal, can range from $3,000 to $7,000 per treatment. Molnupiravir, a cheaper option that treats people with COVID-19, is also showing good results, but has not been approved by Cypriot authorities for use by vets.

Cypriot doctors urged the government to solve the problem and start vaccinating cats. Meanwhile, animal owners and activists buy medicine for animals at their own expense.

Cats have been living in Cyprus for a long time, the history of the island of Aphrodite is closely intertwined with these creatures: archaeologists have found evidence of the domestication of cats in Cyprus dating back to the 6th century BC.

At the end of the second quarter, JPMorgan Chase’s CET1 premium Tier 1 capital ratio was 13.8%, up from 12.2% a year earlier. “We delivered another strong result,” said Jamie Dimon, president and CEO of growth at JPMorgan Chase, noting that almost all business lines experienced continued growth in the quarter. In this way, in the first half of 2023 the entity obtained a net profit of 27,094 million dollars (24,234 million euros), 60% more than a year earlier, while the net turnover grew by 29.7% , up to 79,656 million dollars (71,247 million euros).

Of this amount, a total of 42,490 million dollars (38,004 million euros) corresponded to net interest income, 47% more than in the first half of 2022. Likewise, the item destined to provision for credit risk increased by 102 % in the semester, up to 5,174 million dollars (4,628 million euros).

“The US economy continues to be resilient. Consumer balance sheets remain healthy and consumers are spending, albeit a bit more slowly,” Dimon said, adding that despite the slight weakening in the labor market, growth of employment remains strong. “That said, there are still notable risks ahead,” he observed, referring to consumers slowly depleting their cash reserves, core inflation remaining stubbornly high, fiscal deficits large and the war in Ukraine continuing.

55-year-old grudge: Soviet skier won in hellish conditions, but never saw the prize

Ski jumping has never been our trump card in winter sports. Throughout the long history of competitions in this discipline, great successes can be counted on the fingers of one hand. Gary Napalkov has won the World Championship twice, and the only Olympic gold has been won by Vladimir Belousov, who turned 77 today. Moreover, this victory was awarded to the Soviet athlete at a very, very high price.

the whims of time

Belousov did not perform very well on the usual springboard, taking only eighth place. And on the day of the prize draw as follows, everything seemed to be against one of the Soviet athletes placing in the top three. The participants were hampered by a strong wind, moreover, as Vladimir Pavlovich later recalled, it turned out that someone sprinkled salt on the acceleration mountain in front of a large springboard, eventually turning the coating into mush.

After a fair protest by jumpers, new snow was brought to the mountain. But the conditions only worsened because of this: several different layers of snow, moreover, quite icy, made the repulsion completely unpredictable. However, Vladimir won both attempts, and in any other situation he would have already accepted congratulations on a well-deserved Olympic gold.

RIA News

But the weather suddenly improved, and the organizers took the unprecedented step of canceling the results of the first attempt and forcing the athletes to jump a third time. In such a situation, many could psychologically collapse, and the supply of physical strength in such a technically complex form is far from unlimited. But Belousov was able to rally for the third attempt, and he again became the best.

As Vladimir repeatedly said in his interviews, love became an additional incentive: before flying to Grenoble, he promised the girl that he would bring a medal, but she did not believe. So I had to resort to additional forces and defend my right to keep my promise.

robbed twice

That’s just the material evidence of that victory, Vladimir Belousov was deprived. The then President of France, Charles de Gaulle, set a prize for the champion on a huge springboard – a car, but Grenoble, the victor, never saw it. Belousov claims that he guesses who finally got the foreign car, but after many decades he doesn’t want to name names, he doesn’t want to stir up the past.

RIA News

And in the 90s, Vladimir Pavlovich lost his most expensive award – the Olympic gold medal. Together with her, the robbers brought gifts from the King of Norway for two victories at the Holmenkollen Games. This situation seriously hit the health of the famous athlete.

In 2015, the IOC, at the request of the Russian Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined Federation, made a duplicate of the award, which was presented to Belousov in a solemn atmosphere. But the trace in the soul of the legendary flying skier of two undeserved insults has remained to this day.

Increase in the age of the reserve, mobilization reserve, foreigners in the army: The main thing about the new reforms to the military service law

Increase in the age of the reserve, mobilization reserve, foreigners in the army: The main thing about the new reforms to the military service law

The age limit for citizens to stay on the reservation and the reservation is increasing

Photo: Evgenia GUSEVA

The State Duma introduced significant amendments to the federal law “On Military Service and Military Service” (this was the second reading).

There are many innovations. First of all, the age limit for citizens to stay on the reservation and the reservation is increasing.

To better understand the essence of the changes, you should know that all Russian “reserves” were divided into three age categories.

WHAT WAS IT AND WHAT WILL IT BE?

And how will it be now? Everything is simple.

For example, the age limit for being in the reserve for citizens with military ranks of soldiers, sailors, sergeants, foremen, non-commissioned officers, and non-commissioned officers belonging to the first category is 35 years. Now the parliament “kicked” them out for another 5 years. And so on for all ranks and ranks, from privates and sergeants to generals and admirals. As soon as a person reaches the age limit to be on the reservation, they are transferred to retirees.

And here again the question is: until what age can a military man retire? Now these terms are fixed in the same federal law “On military service and military service.” Now, depending on the rank of a military, retirement looks like this:

50 years – for soldiers, sailors, sergeants, foremen, ensigns and midshipmen.

60 years – for junior officers: junior lieutenants, lieutenants, senior lieutenants, captains and lieutenant commanders.

65 years – for senior officers: majors, lieutenant colonels, colonels and captains of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade.

70 years – for senior officers: major generals, lieutenant generals, colonel generals, army generals, rear admirals, vice admirals, admirals and fleet admirals.

And in this case, the retirement term is increased by 5 years.

MOBRESERVE – BE PREPARED!

From January 1, 2024 to January 1, 2028, a transitional period will apply. During which citizens will be moved to retirement in stages.

Consequently (according to the same criteria), the age limit for the permanence of reserve men in the mobilization reserve is also increased.

Someone will ask, what is it, this very reserve?

We explain. The mobilization reserve is a part of the citizens who are in the reserve, who voluntarily signed a corresponding contract with the Ministry of Defense and are kept in the most prepared conditions of mobilization and combat. They are “stuck” to certain parts. And with some frequency they are engaged in combat and technical training. Such a reserve is used to rapidly accumulate forces in the event of a crisis.

They may be called up to the ranks of the Armed Forces when martial law is introduced or when mobilization is announced.

Cases of suspension of a citizen’s stay in the reserve are also prescribed: the call of a citizen to military service for mobilization, the conclusion of a contract for the period of military service or a voluntary service contract.

FOREIGNERS rush into the ranks

In addition, the law provides for the possibility of entering into a contract with a citizen who has the citizenship of another state, under 52 years of age. This also applies to those who have a residence permit in Russia (permit). But the conclusion of a military contract to remain in reserve with a foreigner will be possible if his duties are not related to the use of state secrets.

Yes, foreign citizens may enter into contracts with the Ministry of Defense; the demand for this in society is very high, as is the number of immigrants in the country who wanted, but could not, fight as part of the Russian units. Now such an opportunity is open to them, and there is a chance to prove that they came to Russia not only to earn money, but also to defend their defense, risking life and health. And this is an additional way to replenish personnel to solve the problems of a special military operation.

Some “KP” readers ask, what does “the law will not affect those who withdraw from the reservation upon reaching the age limit before January 1, 2024” mean?

In simple terms, they will not be swept away.

And another question: “to extend the period of stay in the reserve at your request” – is this so that they can take you out of the reserve to go to war? No. The desire to extend the period of stay in the reserve is a purely voluntary matter.

WHY IS THIS DONE?

Andrey Krasov, First Deputy Chairman of the Defense Committee of the State Duma:

– The bill is aimed at further improving the defense capabilities of our state and improving the security of Russia.

Yaroslav Nilov, deputy head of the LDPR faction:

– Citizens who wanted to enter military service, but previously, due to the age restrictions of the “old” law, did not have such an opportunity.

Sergei Altukhov, deputy of the State Duma:

– I talk a lot with the guys who have already passed the CBO and were commissioned for health reasons. Most of them want to continue doing their duty alongside their comrades. They have a desire to benefit their country. The same applies to many reserve officers who now, precisely because of their age, cannot sign a contract with the Ministry of Defense. This bill creates a legal basis for entering into contracts in the context of the fight against terrorism and other special operations. Let me emphasize that this is an opportunity, not a duty.

In North Ossetia the direction of development of the KXan military-industrial complex was discussed 36 Daily News

The plenipotentiary learned about the productive potential of the defense industry in the republic. Later, in a meeting with representatives of the authorities and companies of the region, the current situation, the problems of the industry and the ways to solve them were discussed.

Yuri Chaika noted that profiling companies across the country faced the most serious challenges that arose due to the introduction of unprecedented sanctions by hostile states. However, difficulties persist in conducting financial and economic activities.

– Insufficient use of productive capacities in the last 10 years, significant wear of technological equipment -more than 80%, a limited internal market for the sale of manufactured products caused an increase in accounts payable, shortage of working capital and a reduction in the number of employees. However, it should be noted that at the moment the situation with the volume of orders at enterprises of the republic has improved compared to the same period last year, – said Yuri Chaika, presidential envoy to the North Caucasian Federal District.

The head of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania Sergei Menyailo reported on how the work of the enterprises of the military-industrial complex has been adjusted.

– According to the order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, the consolidated register of the defense industry complex currently includes 13 organizations located on the territory of North Ossetia, including radio electronics, light industry and metallurgy. At the same time, I want to emphasize that almost all companies today are experiencing a shortage of professional personnel, both workers and engineering specialties, said Sergey Menyailo.

As you know, in order to improve the coordination of the activities of the state authorities and enterprises of the district military-industrial complex, a working group was created on behalf of the plenipotentiary. The North Caucasian Federal University (NCFU) has been appointed as the coordinator of personnel training for the needs of the military-industrial complex of the federal district.

The Chairman of the Council, Rector of NCFU, Dmitry Bespalov, spoke about the resources of the Consortium of Higher Educational Institutions of the North Caucasus for the training of human resources.

– Today, companies in the defense industry are expanding production, which means that the need for qualified personnel is growing. Currently, the North Caucasian Federal University is conducting expert and analytical assessments, as well as aggregating the current and forecast personnel needs of defense industry enterprises in the macro-region. Based on the results, together with the universities of the Consortium, we organize systematic work to train highly qualified specialists in the field of IT, mechanical engineering, electronics, electric power, chemical technology and other high-tech industries, taking into account the specificities . of the technological processes of the companies. Particular attention should be paid to the training of blue-collar workers, a shortage of which is experienced by almost all companies in the defense industry, Dmitry Bespalov emphasized.

The rector of NCFU highlighted the tools for attracting personnel. Thus, the training of specialists with higher education under specific contracts of companies will ensure employment after receiving a diploma, and additional training and advanced training of employees already working in defense industry companies will strengthen their professional skills.

The best practices of personnel training will be available both for the companies themselves and for educational organizations.

Reference

The North Caucasian Consortium of Universities brings together 21 universities representing all subjects of the North Caucasian Federal District. This is more than 150 thousand students, or 75% of all student youth in the district. Moreover, this is 85% of the scientific and pedagogical personnel belonging to scientific and higher education organizations of the macro-region, and more than 90% of all R&D implemented in the North Caucasian Federal District, in total this amount is more from 2 billion rubles.

In the interest of the defense industry, the universities of the Consortium train highly qualified specialists and workers in the areas of mechanical, electronic and energy engineering, information technology, etc.

The EU denounces the US before the WTO for the tariff on Spanish black olives

The European Union has once again denounced the United States before the World Trade Organization (WTO) on Friday to withdraw the tariffs that the Trump administration imposed on imports of Spanish black olives since 2018. Specifically, since August 2018, Spanish exports have been subject to a 35% tariff after complaints from the Californian production sector. This is 20% as ‘antidumping’ and another 15% as compensation for the aid received by farmers from the Common Agrarian Policy (PAC) From the Association of Table Olive Exporters (Asemesa), its general secretary Antonio de Mora told this medium that “this is one more step in the process to force the United States to comply with the WTO rulings.”

For De Mora, the only way to get the US side to withdraw the part of the tariff against which the international organization has ruled is “applying retaliatory measures and sanctions.” Airbus. In any case, the Asemesa representative has considered the news “very positive” although he has confirmed “the slowness” of a procedure that has been going on for years.

The enéismo panel and an old commercial conflict

Once the panel that the EU claims is constituted, this body will have 90 days to issue a ruling that the United States may still appeal. If the process concludes in favor of the European demands without Washington complying with the ruling by the WTO, the European Commission has warned that it will be entitled to take retaliatory measures.

In November of last year, the WTO agreed with the Spanish black olive producers and ruled that the 25% tariffs applied by the United States to the export of this product to the North American market, imposed in 2018 by the Donald Trump administration, violate comply with the rules of the multilateral institution.

Brussels remained pending the development of events after the US government, already under the administration of Joe Biden, accepted this ruling, but considered that the United States has so far failed to comply with the WTO ruling and that it continues to apply illegitimate tariffs that could expel to Spanish exporters of olives in the US market.

The main objective of the compliance proceedings launched this Friday is to pressure the United States to comply with the ruling and eliminate its “unjustified” tariffs on Spanish black olives.

Late repentance: what is the meaning of Chubais’s sensational publication on the Russian economy

Late repentance: what is the meaning of Chubais's sensational publication on the Russian economy

Traces of the former boss of Rosnano were found in the Scottish city of Glasgow

Photo: Larisa KUDRYAVTSEVA/EG

A regiment of British scientists has arrived. A well-known economist and reformer, the father of Russian privatization, a mirror of domestic energy and nanotechnology, Anatoly Chubais, became a recruit. Last year, after the start of a special operation in Ukraine, he suddenly left Russia, and it is not very clear where he settled: as they say, today here, tomorrow there. From time to time, photos of him appeared on the Internet, whether at an ATM in Istanbul, with an empty cart in an Israeli supermarket, or on a walking path in Italy. There was a case, he was seriously ill, but, paraphrasing the poet, Borisych’s fate remained, thank God, he recovered.

And now – a new phenomenon for the people. Chubais’s article “Defaults in the Russian economy of the 1990s: an unforeseen institution” was published in the serious academic journal Voprosy ekonomiki. The author introduces himself as an independent UK researcher. More specifically, from Glasgow. Glasgow, sir! What difficulties brought the great reformer to Scotland is unknown. He maybe he wanted to go to football, shout with the fans at the Glasgow Rangers home game. They say it is an unforgettable sight. Or maybe he found a new job – the headquarters of a large energy company Scottish Power is located in this city, and in the energy sector the former head of the RAO UES of Russia has a large pier – perhaps the Scottish energy system will break in regional gears, like once Russian.

So what is the article about?

“Among the large-scale processes that caused the greatest damage to the economy and the population of Russia in the 1990s and significantly undermined the prestige of the reformers, defaults occupied a special place,” the summary reads. “For many years, the government, the presidential administration, and companies have sought to minimize their negative impact (the author of this article had to actively participate in this).”

In fact, defaults then reached catastrophic proportions. Companies paid each other by barter, and sometimes paid nothing. It was the era of total scam. They did not pay salaries, at best, they handed out umbrellas and pans. Workers roamed the trains and sold boards, games, and other consumer goods. I remember the train station in the city of Sukhinichi, where emaciated employees of the local toy factory pushed funny teddy bears and other cheap toys to passing train passengers. The cute Shar Pei is still kept somewhere in the closet as a memory of those times. Who knows, maybe my rubles helped someone to survive.

“Unfortunately, we have to admit that the developers of the concept of reforms, including the author of this article, could not predict the rise of this destructive institution, nor give its scientific explanation in a timely manner, nor quickly overcome it in practice. Chubais, who as deputy prime minister, headed the operational commission to eliminate the causes of the default crisis, wrote self-critically.

Chubais named two types of defaults. Vertical, when companies did not pay taxes to the state, and the state, in turn, did not pay money to state employees. And horizontal, when companies did not pay supplier partners. Among the reasons, the great reformer names the weakness of the State. He really he turned out to be the most defenseless. Entrepreneurs could at least, as a last resort, arrange for the defaulter to be transported into the woods or to an abandoned construction site.

It is noteworthy that the author of the article, immersed in macroeconomics, did not focus on non-payment of wages. Desperate, the workers sometimes also shed blood with their fists and sticks, they set fire to the houses of their employers. Because under the pretext of total defaults, the young capitalists sometimes restricted wages simply out of greed. The press then mentioned, for example, the story of a Far Eastern mine owner who, without paying the miners’ wages, went with his wife to Egypt. Returning, I had to answer to the peasants. I paid, but I survived.

Human dramas were left out of the study. They are not of much interest to the main privatizer. Indirectly, he himself admits that people in economic processes are consumables.

“The devaluation of the ruble in 1998, the anti-crisis project to overcome defaults in RAO UES and the actions of the Russian Ministry of Finance to eliminate non-monetary relations with the budget system in a short time helped to solve this problem. and complete the formation of a market economy in the country”, Chubais writes about How did they manage to overcome the crisis? How it was done in RAO UES is a separate topic. Already as the head of the RAO UES of Russia, Chubais canceled mutual compensation when paying for electricity and began to take a stricter approach to payment terms. So the image of the executioner with a knife switch was born. Only the fatal moment came not when the electricity was turned on, but when it was turned off. When due to debts they cut off power in hospitals, in military installations. And it was not always possible to switch to backup substations in operating rooms and maternity hospitals. That was electroshock therapy.

What’s the point of posting? In a belated regret? But somehow it turned out lame, not fully thought out. As well as all the economic transformations of Chubais and other young reformers.

Budget revenue of the Lipetsk region grew by more than 4.8 billion rubles KXan 36 Daily News

– The budget of the region has been increased not only at the expense of federal funds – 2.8 billion rubles, but also at the expense of income taxes received from organizations – by 2 billion. The latest figure is an indicator that business in the Lipetsk region and in Russia in general is developing quite successfully. Despite the sanctions, the enterprises generate income, which means there is additional income, – said Dmitry Averov, Chairman of the Lipetsk Regional Council of Deputies.

The lion’s share of funds received from the federal budget – 2.3 billion rubles – are funds allocated for the development of urban transport in Lipetsk, for the improvement and lighting of roads.

– A significant amount, 1.8 billion rubles, came to us from the federal budget within the framework of the Movista, Regions, Lipetsk concession. We bring it to the municipal budget to buy rolling stock with these funds and start the reconstruction of the tracks, – added the president of the regional council. – In addition, 500 million rubles will be used to buy electric buses and create a charging infrastructure for them.

In addition, the region received funds to reimburse the costs of grain producers – almost 238 million rubles. At the expense of a budget loan from the federal treasury, the department of housing and communal services receives more than 1.2 billion rubles for the construction of water supply networks in the Zvezdny microdistrict of Lipetsk, as well as in the Sloboda residential complex and the village . from Kosyrevka.

The regional road fund of the region has been increased by another 500 million rubles. The additional funds are used to build a highway in the village of Lenino in the Lipetsk region and a section of the second stage of the eastern Lipetsk ring road in the Gryazinsky region.

About 236 million rubles were allocated for the construction of heat supply networks in the area of the Experimental Station, FAP, in the village of Krutogorye in the Lipetsk region, the village of Malinki in the Dankovsky region and in the village of Sovkhoz Peskovatsky in the Gryazinsky region.

At the expense of tax and non-tax revenues from the regional treasury, half a million will be allocated in the form of subsidies to local budgets, 450 million rubles have been allocated to provide social support measures for NWO participants and their families. Reserve funds will also increase.

Taking these amendments into account, the revenue of the regional budget for 2023 will amount to almost 85.4 billion rubles, the expenses – almost 113.7 billion rubles, and the deficit – more than 28 billion rubles.

Changes have also been made to the budget parameters for 2024. The volume of income and expenses increased by more than 2 billion rubles.
