Samuel Vignato (52nd), Niccolo Pizilli (66) and Luca Lipani (85) scored for the Azzurra.
At Fury Roch, Viktor Barbera (58) and Jarek Gasiorowski (74) scored goals.
The final will take place on July 16, Italy will face Portugal.
