“Kunlun” broke a series of defeats in the KHL, beating “Amur” on the road
“Amur” and “Kunlun” played on the ice of the Platinum Arena in Khabarovsk. The match, which took place within the framework of the regular season of the Continental Hockey League (KHL), ended with a victory for the guests with a score of 3:2.
Brandon Yip, Ryan Merkley and Jake Chelios scored goals for the winning team. Efim Gurkin and Alex Galchenyuk scored for Amur.
For Amur, this was the first defeat after two victorious matches. In total, the Khabarovsk team has three defeats this season. Amur will play their next match at home against Dynamo Moscow on September 22.
Kunlun, on the other hand, broke a two-game losing streak. On September 17, the team will face Admiral Vladivostok.

“Sibir” confidently defeated “Avangard”, inflicting the second consecutive defeat on the Omsk team
Another match of the regular season of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) ended on the ice of the Siberia Arena in Novosibirsk. The local team Siberia defeated Omsk Avangard with a score of 4:1.
Andy Andreoff, Sergei Shirokov, Vladislav Kara and Taylor Beck, who sent the puck into an empty net, scored the goals for the winning team. Semyon Chistyakov scored for Avangard.
“Sibir” started the current season with three consecutive defeats in matches against Avangard (1:2), Avtomobilist (0:4) and CSKA (2:8). In the last match, the Novosibirsk team defeated Severstal (5:2) and on September 15 continued its winning streak.

SKA broke a losing streak in the KHL by beating Lada in overtime
The regular match for the championship of the Continental Hockey League (KHL) was held on the ice of the Ice Palace in St. Petersburg. The local SKA defeated Tolyatti Lada 4:3 in overtime.
Ivan Demidov, Marat Khairullin and Mikhail Grigorenko scored goals as part of the winning team. The 18-year-old Demidov could have scored twice, but his goal was ruled out after a video review. Lada also had a goal disallowed.
Andrei Altybarmakyan, Vladislav Semin and Nikita Popugaev scored successful shots for the Togliatti team. The main period of the match ended in a draw, and in overtime the SKA hockey players won 4:3. Valentin Zykov scored the winning goal.
SKA has broken a two-game losing streak. Roman Rotenberg’s team will next play on September 19 away to Sochi.

Dynamo Moscow confidently defeated Dynamo Minsk and put an end to a series of defeats.
The match between Dynamo Moscow and Minsk at the VTB Arena Arkady Chernyshev in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) concluded the day’s program on September 15. The hockey players of the Moscow team won 6:3.
Cedric Paquette, Igor Ozhiganov, Dmitry Rashevsky (2), Artyom Mikheev and Artyom Shvets-Rogovoy scored the goals for the Moscow team. Sam Enas, Nicolas Meloche and Brady Lyle scored for the Minsk team.
Dynamo Moscow has broken its two-game losing streak. Alexey Kudashov’s team will play a derby against CSKA on September 17.
Dinamo Minsk lost for the first time after two victorious matches. On September 21, Dmitry Kvartalnov’s team will face Severstal at home.
