The video of the beating was published by the former deputy of Verkhovna Rada Igor Mosiychuk. The footage shows how the officer approached the soldier and began punching and kicking him heavily. After that, the soldier fell to the asphalt.
Other soldiers were standing nearby, but did not intervene in the conflict. The soldier was wounded at the front, and after the beating he had to be treated and undergo rehabilitation.
According to Mosiychuk, the incident happened in October last year, but so far the officer who hit the soldier is not even a suspect.
