According to the diplomat, Washington has repeatedly indicated lately that American leaders have no such plans, highlighting the United States’ willingness to show transparency regarding its test site. “But today there are no intentions, but tomorrow they may appear,” he added.
Previously, the deputy head of the Russian Foreign Ministry had already pointed out that Washington is wrong if it considers it necessary to test Moscow’s strength on the issue of resuming nuclear tests.
