During the working trip, Deputy Ministers of Defense of the Russian Federation Anna Tsivileva and Pavel Fradkov checked the progress of the construction of the new facilities of the fifth section of the 412th military hospital of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. In the already constructed hospital buildings on the shores of the Caspian Sea, internal communications for water and power supply, drainage, heating, ventilation and communications are currently being installed.

Evgeny Rebrov, project manager of the Military Construction Company, said that “the administrative building and the polyclinic are scheduled to be put into operation in November. In the future, it will take another four months for the facility to be fully operational by February 2025.”

Deputy head of the Russian military department Pavel Fradkov replied that, first of all, “we need medical buildings, not administrative ones.” And let us recall that the deployment of military medical facilities throughout the country is under the special control of the leadership of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

During the inspection of the future medical facilities of the 120-bed buildings, Anna Tsivileva proposed to provide additional beds for rehabilitation and prosthetics. She proposed to open a rehabilitation centre in the hospital, where soldiers could undergo the entire cycle of rehabilitation and prosthetics.

The military institution said that the facility will be completed turnkey with full equipment and advanced diagnostic and treatment equipment to provide highly qualified assistance to military personnel and their families.

Tsivileva added that HR services have already started recruiting medical staff for the hospital.
