According to the organizers, the congress is a platform for the exchange of knowledge, ideas and experience between young scientists and specialists from different countries. In the future, it is intended to become a platform for the development of joint strategies and initiatives aimed at strengthening security, cooperation and sustainable development of the EAEU and neighbouring countries. Therefore, representatives of not only the expert community, but also embassies of the EU member states, international associations, as well as political and public figures took part in the congress.
There were many topics for discussion. One group examined economic processes in the EAEU countries, another social ones, and the third political problems. The best works from national and international competitions for young analysts were presented at the congress. Participants shared research on demography and migration, humanitarian issues, and even sports ethics.

The congress was organized by the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, the international analytical club “Issyk-Kul – Great Eurasia”, the Przhevalsky Center for Eurasian Studies and a number of Russian scientific organizations and universities. The forum was supported by the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Education of the Republic.
