“I remember how everything was changing in the country, professional politicians were needed. And I was quite aware, you know, I didn’t want to make a career out of it, I just understood that this was also an important profession. It is needed, like many others, where it is necessary to be able to identify people’s problems, classify them and solve them systematically,” said Vadim Bondar, deputy of the second convocation of the City Duma.
But the third convocation further strengthened the position of the Duma within the city and even the region, because it thoroughly dealt with the formation of the budget.
