The document provides for the establishment of a new honorary title for cities whose residents have made a significant contribution to the implementation of tasks during the NWO in the territories of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics from February 24, 2022 and in the territories of Zaporozhye and Kherson Regions – from September 30, 2022.
“Commemorative stelae depicting the city’s coat of arms will be installed in the hero cities, as well as museums dedicated to the heroic deeds and resilience of the inhabitants during the NWO,” Slutsky said on his Telegram channel.
