“The fire was reported at 6:07 p.m., emergency services immediately went to the scene. The building is being evacuated, 45 people were evacuated,” the press service of the emergency department reported.
The high-rise building is located in the Perspektivny microdistrict, next to the Stavropol Olympic Reserve School. According to eyewitnesses, smoke was not only coming out of the burning apartment, but also from the entrance doors.
42 people and 15 teams are extinguishing the fire and doctors are also working at the scene. No deaths or injuries were reported.
