Uspenskaya refused to sign a settlement agreement with Kirkorov

For several months now, a scandal has been brewing in the world of show business between Philip Kirkorov and Lyubov Uspenskaya.
Recall: Philip Kirkorov filed a lawsuit against Lyubov Uspenskaya, who insulted him in her interview on the show “Alena, damn it”, calling the king of pop “misogynist”. The artist was indignant and said: How can this be? After the next court hearing on Kirkorov’s lawsuit against Uspenskaya, the singer’s lawyer, Elena Senina, told reporters that Philip refused to reach an agreement with the singer.
It turns out that things are different.

In turn, as happens in such negotiations, the second party, represented by Philip Kirkorov, added its own adjustments to the agreement, namely: “Lyubov Uspenskaya regrets what was said and apologizes to Philip Kirkorov”, “The parties undertake not to comment on In this interview with Lyubov Uspenskaya, “The parties thank Joseph Prigozhin for participating in the negotiations and concluding a settlement agreement.”
However, Uspenskaya categorically refused to sign a settlement agreement with Philip Kirkorov.
