The materials of the criminal case say that the conflict in the village of Elovo, Perm Territory, occurred due to a woman’s refusal to bring her partner tea. For this, the man hit her girlfriend on her shoulder and her left hand with a shovel, and then threw a frying pan at her head.
“A resident of the Perm region suffered fractures of the humerus, a finger of the right hand and a head injury,” RIA Novosti cited information from the electronic file of the Osinsky District Court.
Permyak’s wife ended up in the hospital and the court sentenced the man to two years of probation with a four-year probationary period. The victim herself asked for mercy: the defendant paid seven thousand rubles for the treatment and apologized. After discharge, the woman returned to her abuser.
