“On February 18 at 18:57 local time, a geodynamic phenomenon (tremor) was recorded,” TASS reports citing a source from the emergency authorities. “Everyone who worked underground came to the surface.”
It is known that there were 163 people on duty at the mine. The earthquake was recorded by the mine’s seismic station. It is observed that there are no production losses.
“According to our data, none of the miners were injured as a result of the incident,” the Regional Disaster Medicine Center told RG.
