Zhargal Boroldoevich was born in the village of Ukyr Chelon, Dzhidinsky district. Before the war, he worked on a collective farm, from where he was recruited into the ranks of the Soviet army.
Returning from the front in 1949, he ran a collective farm and in the 70s worked as chairman of the village council. He is a passionate hunter and father of four beautiful children.
