Vyacheslav Grishechkin in the series “Soldiers”
Many of us remember Vyacheslav Grishechkin for his role as Colonel Starokon in the popular television series “Soldiers.” As KP.RU learned, a week ago the 61-year-old actor was hospitalized for heart problems. And just the other day, Vyacheslav Germanovich became seriously ill.
“Slava and I saw each other recently. She was supposed to go on tour with our movement “Artists for the Soldiers of Russia” to St. Petersburg. The tickets were bought and then he called and said that she couldn’t because of her poor health,” Diana Bicharova, founder and leader of the “Artists for Russian Warriors” movement, told KP.RU. “And on September 15, Vyacheslav’s nephew Maxim called me and told me that he was no longer there. My heart couldn’t take it. “We are all in shock!”
Vyacheslav Grishechkin was a member of the “Artists for the Soldiers of Russia” movement. In the photo the actor is with Maxim Miller, Diana Bicharova, Sergei Rublev and DJ Tim.
Grishechkin had a large number of roles in different projects, but a wide audience remembered him for his role as the lively Colonel Starokon in the television series “Soldiers”. Vyacheslav Germanovich also performed at the Southwestern Theater since its founding. In recent years, the actor has also taught acting at Synergy University. In addition, Grishechkin was a member of the charity movement “Artists for Russian Soldiers” (supported by the Ministry of Defense), in which he performed in military units.
Vyacheslav Grishechkin was married twice, but both marriages ended in divorce. From his first wife Maria, the actor has a daughter, Olga.
