The Cellnex telecommunications infrastructure group announces the resignation of José Manuel Aisa Mancho as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company. Said resignation will take effect from next October 31, 2023 and is due to Aisa’s desire to undertake other professional projects.
In a statement to the CNMV, the company acknowledges and thanks Aisa for its valuable contribution and dedication. In the same letter, Cellnex ensures that it will communicate the appointment of the successor or successor as soon as said appointment takes place.
