According to law enforcement officials, representatives of the Criminal Code agreed with the hired worker to remove damaged parts of the facade of one of the houses on Leninsky Prospekt.
On Saturday, April 20, due to damage to the safety cables, a resident of Norilsk fell to the ground from a height of the fifth floor. The injuries suffered in the fall were fatal.
At the moment, investigators do not have an official agreement between the employee and the management company, as well as a certificate or other documents confirming the qualifications of the specialist, the department clarified.
