“The Mondi company announces the conclusion of an agreement for the sale of its latest company in Russia – the joint stock company Mondi Syktyvkar LPK,” the publication says.
The company will be sold to Cesar Invest LLC for 80 billion rubles at the end of 2023.
It was previously reported that Swedish carmaker Volvo’s assets in Russia were transferred to a Russian investor. The Ministry of Industry and Trade, together with the new owner, has identified a national partner to further develop production at the consortium’s headquarters in Kaluga.
It also became known that the Dutch brewer Heineken sold its business in Russia to the largest manufacturer of perfumes, cosmetics and household products in aerosol packaging in the Stavropol region – the Arnest group.
