We conducted an internal investigation which showed that customer requests were processed by the distributor in accordance with regulations. At the moment, the fault of the ABS system of the customer’s car has been completely eliminated and the multimedia system has been Russified. The problem with the operation of the touch screen seems to be related to the heavy frosts in January. At the moment, according to the client, the multimedia system works perfectly. We quickly transmitted to our Chinese partners all information on the operation of the touch screen during severe frosts and are already developing preventive measures.
We systematically follow the course of improving the quality of BAIC service. Thus, during the first year of the brand’s operation in the Russian market, the “Spare Car” and “Roadside Assistance” programs were developed and launched.
Currently, BAIC is represented on the Russian market by the U5 Plus sedan, X35, X55, X7 crossovers and the BJ40 SUV. Another model will appear in the line in summer.
