The official opening of Abbé Brasserie, a new project by restaurateur Alexey Pinsky and beer market leader AB InBev Efes, took place in the center of Moscow. The calling card was the premium Belgian beer brand Abbé, from which the restaurant took its name.
The concept of the establishment is inspired by traditional Belgian gastronomy. The aesthetics and cultural code of Europe can be traced in all the details, the interior, the atmosphere and the menu. You can reserve a table and see the menu on the restaurant’s website.
“We are confident that Abbé Brasserie will take its rightful place on the gastronomic map of Moscow. Our philosophy is a modern approach to managing a restaurant business: we easily and naturally combine traditional Belgian dishes, adding European touches that are understandable to the consumer. Our work is based mainly on the highest quality of products. “We are pleased to launch Abbé Brasserie with a trusted partner who shares our values, commitment to the highest quality and business standards,” commented restaurateur Alexey Pinsky.
We remind you that we previously published the main restaurant news and autumn openings in the traditional gastronomic column of the columnist BURO. Yulia Susova. You can read it here.
