Beyoncé’s Ivy Park and adidas team up for a new collaboration. The Park Trail collection is inspired by outdoor activities, the spirit of the streets and the possibilities of the future, according to the brands. The capsule will go on sale on February 9. WWD writes about it.
The launch includes 56 clothing items, twelve accessories and three models of footwear for adults. All items are gender neutral. There are also stalls for children: a pair of shoes, four accessories and twelve models of clothing.
The capsule features a crop top, pullover, and crew neck hoodies. The palette includes green, creamy white, indigo, orange, purple, and lime. The camo print was featured on several key pieces in the collection, including a sequined jacket, faux fur coat, and canvas tracksuit.
The brands also introduced the Ivy Park TT2000 basketball shoe. From accessories – backpacks-transformers, bags and caps.
Beyoncé was not involved in the advertising campaign for the collection. But it starred Offset and his son Cody, the model and actress Devon Aoki, the singer Ice Spice, the American football player Dani Weatherholt and the skateboarder Diego Nájera.
Previously, Pharrell Williams reinvented the iconic adidas Samba shoe in a gray and white colourway. The tongue is made of leather and presents the zigzag stitching of the adidas signature 3-Stripes. Part of the model is made of suede.
