The young contemporary art fair blazar, a satellite of the international fair Cosmoscow, has announced the dates of the open call for independent artists and galleries to participate in the project in 2023 – from July 4 to 24, 2023. The results will be announced on August 4, 2023.
The contest is open to artists under the age of 35, working in various media, from painting to acting, from any city and country in the world, who do not cooperate with a commercial gallery on a permanent basis. Based on the results of the open call, the expert council will select 60 authors.
Galleries that work with young artists are also invited to participate, no more than three artists under the age of 35 on the app. Participation is possible both offline and online.
For the first time, the blazar fair of contemporary young art was held at the Moscow Museum in 2020, becoming a special project of the 7th International Youth Art Biennale.
This year it will be held at the Moscow Museum from September 20 to 24.
