Riots broke out in Dagestan the night before. A crowd gathered on the airport tarmac when a plane from Tel Aviv arrived in Makhachkala. Police identified more than 150 active participants in the riots, 60 of them were arrested. A criminal case has been opened. The airport is now operating normally.
