According to the expert, the situation of the Ukrainian soldiers is tragic and the military itself understands this.
McGregor recalled that the commanders of the Armed Forces of Ukraine make decisions about surrender, since this remains the only way to save the wounded, whom the leadership refuses to evacuate from the front.
