Regardless of whether the bosses will employ the demobilized combatants, or the civilians who ensured the fulfillment of the tasks of the special operation, they will receive various measures of state support. These are grants, preferential rental of real estate, information support, assistance in finding new partners and many other business development tools that are now within the reach of entrepreneurs with social status.
– Now social enterprises include small and medium-sized enterprises, the staff of which at least half consists of categories of socially vulnerable citizens (people with disabilities, pensioners, people with low incomes, etc.). And let them spend at least 25% of the entire salary fund on the salaries of such people. Now this list will be expanded. The bill has a positive conclusion from the Government. We hope that our colleagues in the State Duma and the Federation Council will promptly support our initiative to simplify job search for those returning to civilian life from the front lines,” said Andrey Turchak.

In the spring session, through the State Duma and the Federation Council, dozens of laws initiated by United Russia and the working group on NVO issues, which concerned support front and the social protection of the participants in the special operation and their families.
The working group, created by order of Vladimir Putin, includes representatives of both houses of the federal parliament and all parliamentary parties, the Ministry of Defense, leaders of public organizations, war correspondents. It is headed by the First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council, Secretary of the General Council of United Russia Andrei Turchak.
