According to preliminary data, on the afternoon of September 23, on the Kuzbass section of the Krasnoyarsk railway, a freight train passed through a prohibitive traffic light and collided with a train on the adjacent track. As a result, the locomotive equipment of the freight train was damaged.
“The causes and circumstances of the transport accident are being determined. There were no delays in the movement of trains. The Achinsk Transport Prosecutor’s Office has organized supervisory measures to ensure compliance with legislation on traffic safety in railway transport” , reports West Siberian Transport Prosecutor’s Office.
