From July 1, the operating hours of the crossing at the Park of Culture on the Ring Line will change – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

Escalators at Park Kultury station on the Circle Line during peak hours will operate only for boarding, and the lobby will operate for departures, transfers and entrances to the Sokolnicheskaya Line. At other times, the transfer and lobby will operate normally.

Passengers are asked to use other transfers: via Sokolnicheskaya line, BKL, MCC. Alternatively, please plan your travel time away from peak hours.
