The material notes that the West is increasingly concerned about Russia’s economic growth and the damage that the Ukrainian Armed Forces receive in intense fighting.

The publication notes that the conditions in which Ukraine’s sponsors find themselves are significantly less favorable: this applies to both the economy and internal political disagreements, including in connection with the seizure of frozen Russian assets.
Regarding the latter, the author warns, asset seizures could become a “kamikaze attack” and destroy the stability of the only area in which the West maintains relative dominance: the international financial system.
The day before, the US House of Representatives approved a bill on the confiscation of Russian assets in favor of Ukraine. The Kremlin has already stated that Washington will be responsible for this and that Moscow’s measures will not be limited in time.
