“We are much better protected than in February 2022. Our electrical engineers are experienced, this is not an easy job, a large territory,” the head of the department was quoted as saying by Ukrainian media.
He noted that it was impossible to physically cover the objects.
“We are not saying that we will be able to protect everything, it is extremely difficult to protect everything with physical protection structures, but we are doing everything in our power,” Danilov admitted.
Earlier, retired LPR lieutenant colonel Andrei Marochko said that representatives of the Ukrainian armed forces stationed in Kharkiv use the city’s civilian infrastructure for military purposes. The expert added that representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine use student dormitories as barracks. In addition, according to him, the militants turned cell phone towers into repeaters.
