“The teenager who attacked his classmates and a teacher at a school in Chelyabinsk may be a member of a dangerous online community,” HRC Telegram channel quotes Merkacheva as saying.
The human rights activist said that the community mentioned by the attacker on his social media page appeared in May this year. “It is not known who is behind it (the community – RG note), but in a short time the number of subscribers on the main tg channel reached 20 thousand people,” he added.
By the way, a dozen small “double” channels have already appeared. The posts posted there were available only to those approved by the administrators. And at the same time, the coverage of, for example, the post from July 11 was 137 thousand people.
“The community is designed for young people, specifically for Russians (as it was positioned after the emergency, the channel was deleted and access to all posts was closed. As for the small “doubles”, they have not yet been blocked and there). You can see the text and bloody images accompanying the photos,” writes Eva Merkacheva.
The HRC member also said she had sent out calls on the need to remove these channels.
