Natalie, 49, will raise her children alone after the death of her husband. The singer has already announced that she will continue acting. Next to Natalie now there are close people who support her in a difficult moment.
Natalie (Natalya Rudina) is still in her hometown of Dzerzhinsk, in the Nizhny Novgorod region. The singer’s husband, 53-year-old Alexander Rudin, was buried at the Dzerzhinsk cemetery last Sunday. According to eyewitnesses: in Dzerzhinsk there was a farewell and a funeral too … According to unofficial data, Alexander Rudin could have committed suicide: the producer’s body was allegedly found in the visor of the entrance to a high-rise building in the north of Moscow. Officially known: 2 years ago, Alexander Rudin was sick with covid. And for the past 2 years, he has been struggling with post-COVID syndrome, which “affected the central nervous system” in him, Natalie’s brother recounted. Alexander was treated, Natalie was there, helped, supported. Now she needs help and support.
Therefore, with Natalie and the children, her mother Lyudmila Minyaeva will go to Moscow from Dzerzhinsk (in mid-August) to help and support for the first time. Natalie and Alexander Rudin have been married for 32 years. They have three children: 21-year-old Arseniy (who just graduated from a university with an IT degree), 12-year-old Anatoly and 6-year-old Zhenya. The children are now with her mother in Dzerzhinsk. Here 33 years ago Natalia and Alexander Rudin met. Natalie’s mother-in-law, mother, sister and brother families now live here. Natalie’s dad died three years ago. A few weeks ago Natalie’s father-in-law passed away;
Natalie admitted that during the last almost 2 years of her husband’s illness: “… I fought, and he seemed to have a feeling that he would leave and taught these two years to live without him. But he was there”. But the singer already went to performances without her Sasha; earlier, at concerts, filming and tours, her husband was nearby. A few days before her husband’s death, Natalie sang on City Day from Volzhsky, in the Volgograd region, on the night of July 23. He had to earn money for his family. Although for the last two years he worked less, he almost did not act in films and did not participate in a TV show, since he her husband was seriously ill, and she was there, helped, looked … The singer poured out her soul after the funeral: “My whole life is a song for him and about him. I don’t know how to live without him… For now I will be studying. He gave me my profession, he gave me you, and you gave me three children. To be honest, my life was kind, good, a real fairy tale, with him. Concerts and performances did not stop. Such was the will of my husband, this is the business of his whole life, even more than for me. I will sing, I think I can.
Natalie has to sing not only because of her husband’s last wishes (Alexander was his wife’s producer, with his help he became a star), but also because she has to feed the children, pay the bills… The family lives in Moscow in a spacious six-room apartment, which they bought not so long ago, having sold the “three-ruble note”, where they lived for many years. We spent all our savings, but each son got his own room, a spacious living room and a kitchen. Luckily, we didn’t take out a mortgage. Natalie said, “We don’t like taking loans.” Therefore, the move was delayed – they were saving money. Now the singer will cope on her own, but next to her is an adult and very responsible assistant – the eldest son.
The price for Natalie’s performance at a private event starts from 1 million rubles. Once the mourning is over, the artist will return to work. There is a repertoire: these are not just old hits (including those written by Natalie) – “Turtle”, “Oh God, what a man”, “The wind blew from the sea”, etc. But also new songs – recently Natalie released the song “There will be dances” (she wrote it herself), which is now charting on radio stations. And the director of the video for the song “There Will Be Dances” was the eldest son of Natalia and Alexander Rudin – Arseny. So, both at work and at home, Natalie has relatives, reliable people.
