This task was included in the decision of the Council chaired by the Republic of Adygea for Culture and Art, held in August of this year. The most successful cultural centers will sponsor the less successful cultural centers and share their experience. This was reported by the Ministry of Culture of Adygea.
The department has developed a methodology, so municipalities are now identifying mentors in their localities; local budgets will determine incentive measures for them: from September 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024, a closed preparatory stage will be carried out to bring sponsored cultural centers closer to a qualitatively new level.
Then, starting in May next year, weekly events covered by the media will be held in all Houses of Culture to involve the population in creative activities in various forms: concerts, creative meetings, lessons, clubs.
By the end of 2024, population coverage in creative arts and cultural events in sponsored cultural centers is projected to increase by 1.5 percent compared to 2022, resulting in coverage of 6 percent.
