The investigative committee of the Russian Federation for the Arkhangelsk region and the Nenets Autonomous Okrug completed the investigation into this criminal case.
The department reported that in the period from January to May 2017, the defendant arranged the conclusion and payment of contracts with an individual entrepreneur: it concerned the performance of work and the provision of legal and consulting services totaling 717 thousand rubles.
According to investigators, the deputy director obviously knew that the work and services under the contracts would not be performed and disposed of the resulting funds at her own discretion. As a result, significant damage was done to the regional budget.
The damage was fully repaired at the pre-trial stage, and now the case has been brought before the court.
