The incident occurred around 11:30. A young man on an electric scooter collided with a woman who was leaving the building with a five-month-old baby in her arms, and then fled the scene.
“The driver of the scooter turned out to be a resident of the Moscow region, born in 2006. He was taken for investigation to the city’s Department of Internal Affairs,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kaluga region reported.
The woman and child were injured and received the necessary medical attention, the region’s Investigative Commission department added. The department has begun investigating the incident.
