RG also wrote about this. During the investigation it turned out that the man, who works as a school bus driver, had been inviting children aged 10 to 13 to his bathhouse to watch movies since 2021. He invited them to drink alcohol and then, taking advantage of the teenagers’ defenseless state, committed violent acts. And he did it all the time. I filmed everything that happened. He asked not to tell anyone, and for this he gave money and gifts to the victims.
The crime became known only after one of the boys filmed everything that was happening on his phone. A scandal broke out. The man was arrested and taken into custody. A forensic psychiatric examination was carried out in an inpatient setting. It did not reveal any mental disorders in the accused.
In his final statement before the Supreme Court of Karelia, the accused admitted his guilt. The sentence – and the state prosecutor asked for 24 years for the former driver – will be handed down on July 18.
